The front desk staff were rude and incompetent. The bathroom was not clean and there were sticky stains on the rug.

room was clean, and comfortable, quiet area with no noise from adjoining rooms. The garbage could have been picked up every few days.

Booked a few days here being told there was a pool and hot tub with the price of the room, get there and their both under "maintenence" for the entire trip.

Started off disappointed, as I was given a room that was not what I booked. I had booked a Queen bed, but was given a room with two double beds. This room was disgustingly dirty..even pee around the toilet. This story ends well, as the front desk staff apologized and gave me an upgrade to a King suite, which I truly appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was amazing. The room definitely needs an update.
The bathroom was too small especially the sink area. No place to set things on.
The beds we’re comfortable.
The TV wouldn’t shut off. Had to unplug it.

This Motel is completely worth the money.. i was searching for a motel nearby Tobermory but couldn't find it and landed on this motel... Previous experiences with different motel was not good but this Motel is completely different ... clean and large spacious rooms, clean beds, well maintained and clean washrooms. Towels, bedspreads everything properly provided.. Receptionist was very welcoming as well and explained all amenities clearly which included an indoor Pool, cafeteria in the morning. Overall felt like a hotel and not a motel.

We stayed in the hotel for an event. For the price, it was ok. The location is convenient. Some of the facilities are not in good condition.
