Kragga Kamma Game Park

I really enjoyed the view from the lodge and the animals. Amazing place & staff are a very friendly. It was the best safari lodge I have stayed in and ticked most boxes. I would definitely recommend !

Small game park with a good variety of animals. Although the lions were sleeping and we only saw the cheetahs at feeding time, we saw Cape buffalo, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, rhinos (4), various antelope, including wildebeest, sometimes really close up, so we were very happy. The lodge we stayed in overnight was spacious and clean with a balcony from which we could observe the animals. Giraffes and zebras came really close which we enjoyed.

We only stayed one night and we loved it. We had a BBQ with family and managed to do a game drive. The most exciting thing was having the giraffes, monkeys and buck come into our area! I will definitely be returning

As usual, a super animal experience. Love the fact that all the resident animals seem to appear in front of the accommodation every day, making game spotting and photographing accessible to everyone. Such a relaxing place to visit or stay. We like the giraffe chalet as it has a small waterhole in front, and there tends to be quite a few visitors there.

Lovely small reserve to view a variety of animals including three of the big five.Rhino lodge was fantastic with up close encounters of wildlife.Good restaurant with reasonably priced food and drinks. Staff very informative and friendly.

Place was cozy amazing massive lounge love undercover braai area Huge lounge 👌 Kitchen very nice and clean Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely MIn bedroom should have queen bed then we get all in 1 Rino lodge

The animals really put a show up for us, they visited us all at our cabin, even the 4 rhino's. What a experience. Every person must visit this beautiful place.

It’s always a bit of a dilemma as to what to do the night before you catch a flight. How near should you stay to the airport? What about a soulless onsite airport hotel that charges stupid rates? A place nearby perhaps? But what about the traffic next morning? Questions questions and one we asked ourselves before our final night stay in Port Elizabeth having driven the Garden Route on a one way car rental from Cape Town over two weeks. Well we plumped for something different for us and what a treat and experience. 45 minutes away from PE Airport we discovered on’t interweb a small Game Park called Kragga Gamma. Mainly for younger day guests wanting to get up close and personal with animals, a litter closer examination of the website revealed that they had a few lodges for overnight hire. The concept simple. Rock up before 5pm when the gates to the outside world were shut and you then, sensibly had the run of the park to yourselves whilst obviously following precautions. Once settled in to our alpine lodge styled home for the night, complete with basic cooking facilities a terrace and a good shower, we went exploring like Daktari. Rhino, Cheetah, Zebra, Giraffe, they all made an appearance providing a brilliant photographic record of our safari experience. In the centre of the Park was a small Bush restaurant that provided the only wifi and simple café food and drink. Having no lodge wifi just a small inconvenience and being offline simply added to the excitement of being deep in the wilderness, two miles from a main road… I was sceptical when I arrived, but was soon won over especially as a Cheetah walked by just 100m away. Yep a recommend from this Big Boy. Go and see for yourself nature’s creatures and get a good nights, good value sleep into the bargain. Gggggggrrroooooowwwwwwllllllll!

A friend and I did the guided game drive and had a wonderful day. The guide gave very interesting info and took off road which allowed us to be very close to the animals. We were so glad to finally see the rhinos closeby. Kragga Kamma does an amazing job helping and taking care of the animas and can use all the help they can. We really recommend visiting this place when you are in Port Elizabeth.
