Apartment was nice with a garage. Located near some restaurants in a small town. On a side note, do ask trip.com to fwd any check in email from apartment to you. Had trouble checking in as trip.com did not forward the pre checkin email to us, and the intercom for the accomm on site kept hanging up after 10 seconds. Had to call them (via roaming) many times b4 we finally checked in.

The wifi was not working during our stay while as we just had one night we didn’t complain about it. And the reception was quite busy so I had to wait there about 15 minutes for checking in.

I have stayed at this property regularly for work for many years. It needs an update with painting etc, Also the last 2 years the cleanliness is very poor.

The layout is great for families, we had a nice view and though it was a busy week we hardly heard any other guests.
On the downside the apartment was not clean when we arrived, and wi-fi wasn't working.

It was disappointing stay at the Victoria Apartments, unfortunately. We did not receive, what we booked. What we got was a "shoe box" sized room - Very small. And for the price that was payed too was outrageous.
We found upon arrival, that the toilet was not cleaned as there were still feace stains on the toilet bowl. The shower door didnt close/seal when used and water leaked out, flooding the bathroom floor. The kitchen bench had not been wiped clean as there were coffee spills on it still from the people prior. The blinds were all torn at the bottom.
It was also a very noisy room as you could hear everything the people were doing up stairs above us in the 2 bedroom apartment (that we thought we were getting/booked). This included them talking and using the bathroom and them coming and going up the stairs.

We have stayed here before but in a bigger apartment. The one bedroom is very tight with no washing facilities available onsite. Our first room wasn’t clean but the staff, very helpfully, moved us to another that was. They were more than obliging and very apologetic for our problems. We would stay there again but in the bigger one, as the complex is in a very handy spot.

Port Fairy is an awesome place to visit and the Victoria apartments are a great place to stay while in Pt Fairy!
