Nice room but window looking out to the main hallway that didn't quite close properly was a little weird. Bed was okay.

Our stay was pleasant and the rates were good compared to the other options in the city. The resort for the most part is dated, when the furnace kicks it sounds like an airplane engine going off so it was super loud in the room. When you check in it would be nice for the staff to mention there is a lounge/tavern and hours for amenities as we had no idea there was a restaurant on the second floor. We found it but the service was extremely slow waited almost an hour for Wraps and a burger.
All in all we would stay again, some small upgrades could make the difference in looks.

It would be nice if the restaurant was open more often and anytime we end up staying here the pool is always cold. Yes it was down for maintenance but it’s disappointing.

We arrived at midnight ready to hit the bed. Staff member slow to register even though booked through *******. Smokey smelling hallway and noisy at 1 am. But room very clean.

It’s a non smoking hotel but it used to be and you can still smell the smoke. We had to change rooms cause my mom has asthma but it wasn’t much better. The only good thing about the pool was the slide. The water was pretty cold and the hot tub wasn’t much better

******* booking was a sad inside-facing room with non-opening window and view of a boring shingle facade. Smell of cigarette smoke, noisy climate-control box. Staff offered a room change at no charge, but we found other accommodation.

Travelling across Canada with my mom and she mentioned this was the most comfortable bed of the whole trip! The girl at the front, I believe her name was Tray, was awesome and very funny, she made our stay great!

I liked the country/homey feel of this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and cute. Carpets could use cleaning. Was freezing rain the night before. There should have been salt on ice. Was very treacherous walking outside.
