Hotel was clean, well-maintained and modern; felt recently renovated. Staff all friendly. Spa was free to use for 1 hr per day and we generally had it to ourselves. However, not all of the features were working and temperatures could have been warmer. Buffet dinner authentically Spanish with good variety and plenty of premium seafood eg giant prawns, monkfish, seabass. Parking is reasonably priced but limited spaces available and no obvious off-site alternative available nearby.

Nice family room with seperat bedroom with door and sofabed in living area. Very nice staff and awesome breakfast. It is a beachfront hotel on a beautiful sandy beach. Walking distance from all the great pubs and resturants. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is very nice, it has a large gym, very clean through out the hotel, the maids are very good at there job, rooms cleaned every 2 days. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The (manager) fulsencio, not sure of the spelling, could not be more helpful. The only down side was the pool, the pool was different from the last time I came. It didnt look as big, i didnt go for a swim this time though, so maybe it would have been ok. Overall I had an enjoyable stay, and would stay there again. There are nice restaurants and bars nearby.

We recently stayed in a family room for 5 nights. We were lucky to have nice weather which made all the difference to our stay. The hotel was very clean, newly renovated or very well kept everywhere. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. There is a small indoor soft play area which we used every day. There is a nice gradual sloping outdoor main pool the kids could paddle and splash in. There is a small kids pool separately. There is also an indoor pool which is heated. It was not very warm but it was warmer than the outdoor pools! Then there is a spa which the children were allowed to use the small pool area in from 2pm - 3pm. There is also a nice small play park. All these things meant our stay was easy, enjoyable and we all had a great time. The breakfast buffet was very good every day with slight variations in the hot food selections and pastry selection. The family room had a large main bedroom with big bed and a smaller twin room with two full singles in. The bathroom was nice and there were two clothes hanging areas. The balcony was nice and double width for the family room. It caught the afternoon and evening sun The hotel is a short uphill walk from the smart marina area with many nice and pricey restaurants and a couple of beaches. You can leave for these areas through the back of the hotel which saves a few minutes. There is a bus stop nearby we used to get into Palma main town. There are a couple of small supermarkets that have everything you would want and restaurants just out the front of the hotel too. The gym is spacious and the equipment was nearly new. As previously mentioned we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a successful stay here. Perhaps best for 4 nts than 14 nts, but a really good spot for a short break. Excellent breakfast, all day sun around a quiet pool, rooms fine, reception area and bar is smart. Lots of restaurants nearby and Portals Nous harbour is well worth a visit.

Another satisfied visit to this lovely 4* hotel on the lovely island of Majorca. Friendly staff, the food is of very good quality and lots of quantity. New €50 cost per person for pool towels, this is refundable. New brighter and lighter paint through out the complex, without compromising too much on the increased prices. Book direct to save money .

Fantastic short stay. Hotel spotlessly clean. Great choice of food (breakfast and dinner), decent drinks prices. Enough sunbeds around the large pool area (visited mid week, not school holidays). Walking distance to bars and restaurants but in quiet spot. Great to have option to visit the small spa too. Hoping to be back soon!

After a heavy year we needed a holiday and booked this almost last minute because it had a spa and the area was recommended to us, as was the hotel. It didn't disappoint. We had a lovely and relaxing stay, the bed was comfortable, the breakfasts were sumptuous, the spa and the gym (where we enjoyed excellent Pilates sessions) are spot on and the staff were lovely. Big thanks to Javier at reception for allowing us a late check out too. The area is so walkable with good restaurants and shops, access to good beaches, a fancy marina with more good places to eat and it's easy to jump on the bus to Palma to explore this beautiful island a little more. There is no doubt in my mind that we will visit again. Thank you.

Location is ok - walk down to port is not too bad, good shops and restaurants nearby. There is not much of a view from (my) room 625 mainly as it is on the corner. The rooms are dated but comfortable. TV has some English channels but someone needs to sort out BBC1 as there is a message which means you only see half a screen ( I know not that important but all adds up when staying alone) Pool was closed on 1st November without any communication to guests. Main concern was WiFi - worked fine until November and then no signal in my room. I asked many times for a resolution to be told effectively tough it works other places. I would have understood if it never worked but it did. I am suspicious this happened on the 1st November or is that a coincidence? Breakfast was the best part of the stay - and the local bar The Ship that had good WiFi and did not mind sitting there all day. Over all I was happy ish but experience was disappointing in the end with the attitude which seems to be focused on closing for the winter.
