Tudo muito bom. Localização excelente, serviço de manobrista 24h, café da manhã muito completo, várias opções zero lactose e sem glúten. Restaurante com pratos diversos e preço de acordo. Falta uma área kids , pois não tem. No geral vale muito, camas limpas e confortáveis, já nos hospedamos diversas vezes e com certeza voltaremos.

Good hotel. The internet is spotty. It’s hard to find extensions for services, menus, etc. The phones are awkward to use. No extension information on the phone.

When booking, I am sure I requested a room for 3 adults, as wee where staying a few hrs only, paid in advance, and somewhere in the whole process, either a mistake from ******* in communicating, hotel received a request for ONE adult and we were asked to pay more!
We did
I expected ******* to do a better job!
Just disappointed not mad
But I would like my money back for sure

Room is not the cleanest, air-con unit leaking, staff not the friendliest towards customers. Have to ask staffs to replenish items on breakfast buffet - ran out of coffee, milk and juice 50 mins before end of breakfast service.

Very nice hotel! Great location and nice staff! The breakfast was good and the bedroom very clean. My only complaint was about some mosquitos on the ceiling of the bedroom other than that it was nice to stay here and I would stay again!
