Charme, beleza e sofisticação em um único lugar!
Lugar muito limpo, charmoso e extremamente agradável! Ótimo atendimento, educação e simpatia em todos os funcionários, da limpeza, do atendimento e do anexo que serve café da manhã (e que café da manhã). Simplesmente amamos! Valeu a viagem!

快速、友好的英語職員幫助迅速入住。地理位置很方便。 乾淨衞生，但是設施老化程度需要注意改進。總體是個好的快捷酒店選擇。

This is a nice hotel near the historic center of Porto Alegre. It's at the bottom of a hill, so be prepared to walk up and down hilly streets to get around.
The neighborhood isn't great (there is a fair amount of homeless people on the street, right in front of the hotel), but it never felt unsafe to me.
The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the internet was good. For the price and convenience, I recommend it.

I've stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and I always assumed they were located in safe areas. Ibis Obelisco in Buenos Aires is in a prime location, for example. Same with Ibis in Lapa, Río de Janeiro. This one shocked me. The cab driver that picked me up at the airport told me this is the better of the two Ibis in the city, making the Ibis at the Airport the safest. Granted, there is a shopping center not 5 blocks away but there are no other activities to be done in the neighborhood, no restaurants other than the food court in the shopping center. I wouldn't consider coming back. That said, it was very popular and other customers may not feel as uncomfortable about it as I did.

O melhor Íbis que já fiquei hospedada. Limpeza, cheiro bom, organização, excelente atendimento dos funcionários. Tudo maravilhoso!
