Muy mala experiencia. El hotel muy antiguo y en las fotos parece que está sobre la playa y en realidad está enfrente. Lo único a destacar la limpieza diaria y el cambio de sábanas y toallas. Luego el hotel no tiene ningún servicio, el colchón era como dormir arriba de un resorte directamente tuve que solicitar un cambio. La playa llena de sombrillas una pegada a la otra no había ni espacio para caminar. No dejan ni un agua en las habitaciones y te cobran todo hasta la ducha en la playa cuando dicen ser un hotel de playa. El desayuno era aceptable faltaban algunas cosas pero no estaba mal. El wifi no pude usarlo en toda la estadía. No funcionaba en la habitación ni tampoco en el hall del hotel ni la playa. La verdad esto me complicó ya que para conectarme tenía que ir a otro lado. No lo recomiendo ni volvería.

Right by the ocean, includes access to their beach club but only arrival day (we only stayed one night). They were very nice about free late check out.

We will not confirm this as a **** Hotel it has to less service and the overall costs is to high compere to quality. To less information about how things work. English was not well spoken and communication was difficult. When we shold order transport back to brindisi we only got a phonenr. to call. They didn’t even want to call for reservation for us. 25 euro for sunbed and umbrella for Hotel guests is over the top. Beach was fantastic and also city center!

Horrible experience. We were here on the 3rd of September, we rented 4 beach beds and 2 umbrellas, initially we were told that we’ll get them in the first line, when we got to the beach, we got the second line and we were told that the first line was actually the second. The only nice employees that we meet between the hotel, bar/restaurant and the beach were the reception guys in the hotel. Everybody else had that “ why are u here, the season it’s over, attitude”. At the bar we were ignored for a good 15 minutes, because we just wanted a coffe. A lady asked us if we’re going to eat, we said no, and she disappeared, considering they only had 4 other tables to serv. and there were more then 4 servers working at the time. We were told that we cannot smoke under our umbrella, aldo the beach was half empty and the sand around us was full of cigaret buts. We were told to go smoke under the sun, in the middle of the walkway, whit no shade or anything else. We were told we cannot smoke under our umbrella, in completely open air because it disturbs the other guests ( that were inexistent around us) and we were send to smoke in the bar/restaurant, were people were eating. And everything was said to us with a very disgusting attitude by one of the beach guys.I would not recommend this place and i would give it -4 stars.

abbiamo soggiornato lì la notte di capodanno. La cena di capodanno è stata buona e ben gestita, i dipendenti tutti sono stati carini, professionali e gentili. La struttura andrebbe un po’ rivista, alcune pecche nelle camere (tipo la doccia che dava problemi a far acqua calda), per il resto siam stati davvero bene. La colazione fantastica ed abbondante, a buffet, dal salato al dolce

Non sapevo se scrivere una recensione o meno, ma visti i danni lo faccio. Hotel a dir poco sporco. Pezzi di cibo per terra nella stanza, capelli, polvere e non vi dico le lenzuola. La vasca della SPA piena di muffa, tant'è che mi ha recato una cistite e vaginite cronica. Sono sotto antibiotici. Ci siamo lamentati, ma NESSUNO ha preso provvedimenti affinché la stanza fosse disinfettata a dovere. NON CI ANDATE SE NON VOLETE RISCHIARE INFEZIONI. Ah, la sporcizia nella sala per la colazione era indicibile. IO SCONVOLTA. MAI PIU'!!!!

Devono dire grazie alla posizione, altrimenti avrebbero già chiuso baracca. Hotel datato, avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione, stanze con arredi vecchi e rovinati, pulizia discutibile, ho riportato una puntura di acaro da lenzuola, ci sono formiche che camminano ovunque per la stanza, colazione passabile, spa da incubo, puzza nauseante.
