We really liked that the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to Vila Nova de Gaia.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating! They made lunch and dinner recommendations and even made the reservations for us.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel and look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

I like the friendliness of the staff. They helped us book where we can dine, too. They even prepared a to go box for us to bring to the airport when they learned that we will not be able to eat breakfast because our flight was at 5 am. We also didn’t have to worry about our airport transportation because they arranged everything for us. We also enjoyed the vibe of the place. We watched the performers along the river. It was fun and vibrant.

I really enjoyed staying here. They not only upgraded my room but they also looked after my suitcase for 12 days while I walked the Camino Português and came back to stay.

We loved our stay. They staff made us feel so welcome and they were so helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel bar in the evenings with great cocktails and even a DJ. The breakfast buffet was also a very nice added touch. The location is perfect and the hotel has a lot of history and charm.

There is no parking or drop off, so you need to roll your luggage, when the weather is not good that is not pleasant experience

Location on Riverfront was great. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room size was nice and stocked with amenities. Nice buffet breakfast.
