Everything is alright for business travel

We booked 2 nights in Life Hotel, expecting a 4 star experience reflected in the cost - €150 per night including breakfast. It fell well below our expectations, worst of all being dinner in the restaurant on the night of our arrival. The real positive of our stay was the breakfast and the staff working at that time - they were wonderful. Our room was comfortable but lacked anything that could be considered 'deluxe' - apart from the fancy lighting system perhaps and a really good shower. The bed was comfortable. A large balcony in our room had 2 upright chairs and a coffee table with an ashtray - more relaxing furniture would have made it a place where you could chill out, watching the sea. There was no such zone to be found anywhere in the hotel. The lowest point was dinner - don't order the hummus as it's a tiny portion and not hummus at all but puree chickpeas with not even a hint of tahini. I ordered fish - branzino gratinato - it was terrible, could have been frozen but was definitely over-cooked. My husband had ravioli most of which was uneaten as it was like cardboard. The side of vegetables was also a sorry affair and went back almost untouched. All of which drew no comment from the waiter - service was perfunctory at best. When we complained to the reception staff they smiled and nodded, nothing more. And then on check out, I was informed that there was an extra charge for parking in the hotel garage - it was the first time I'd heard of the charge and in a hotel asking €150 per night I would have expected it to be included. The spa is also extra, by the way. So, if you're looking for 4-star standards look elsewhere. (we had a fabulous meal in hotel Bianchi Nicola on our second day).

we spent 3 days in the hotel. the first thing we noticed was that the hotel had a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. good service from staff, who actually manage to speak English..something that is rare in Italy. Only negative was that the shower had some leakage. it was not completely tight. we also regretted a bit that we did not choose a room with a balcony facing the sea. The ones we traveled with had this and they had a great view. if the hotel had room for a swimming pool we would have given the full score. but space for this is probably not possible

Esperienza molto positiva in tutto: struttura fronte mare, un piccolo gioiellino che ti offre una panoramica e degli orizzonti unici nei diversi momenti della giornata. Vicino al centro della cittadina ma, al tempo stesso, al di fuori del corso cittadino che si può raggiungere con una piacevolissima passeggiata lungomare. Camere dallo stile essenziale, moderno e originale, pulizia accurata (sono molto esigente). Colazione stupenda con varietà di dolci di ogni tipo (provare la torta al tiramisù, unica!!) Spa piccolina ma completa di tutto il percorso (sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio, doccia emozionale, angolo relax) da prenotare anche individualmente per concedersi uno spazio solo per noi. Reception e staff cordiale, preparato e disponibile. Insomma fortemente consigliato per coniugare insieme puro relax al mare e possibilità di visitare i luoghi delle vicinanze. Posizione ottima.

Ns avions pris vue sur la mer:gde terrasse et carrément sur la mer.Lit confortable. Très bonne chambre.nous avons juste fait 1 étape sur notre retour en France.place gratuite aux alentours mais il y a un parking privé si besoin.Personnel très sympathique. Propre.Très bon petit-déjeuner varié sucré-salé que nous avons pris sur la terrasse face mer

Hotel in una buona posizione sul mare. Pulito con personale molto gentile. Ma ci sono delle criticità: il parcheggio molto complicato da trovare, la camera con bagno cieco e doccia a vista, servizio spiaggia, con volenterosi ragazzi, che ti danno ombrellone e lettini, ma sulla spiaggia libera oltretutto poco curata. Che dire buono ma migliorabile considerando che è 4 stelle e se le fa pagare tutte. Prezzi un po' cari.

Ci fermiamo a pranzo attirate dal posto tranquillo . Ordiniamo hummus di ceci con verdure grigliate ed un calice di vino. Dopo una lunga attesa , circa 40 minuti ci arriva una polpetta sformata di ceci con qualche verdura grigliata , annaffiate con un vino annacquato in calice. Tutto a 40 euro. Una vergogna , considerata la qualità del cibo . Non fermatevi !

A due passi dal mare con una vista fantastica sul Conero, spazio esterno per colazione e pranzo. Personale accogliente e molto disponibile, anche per chi, come me, accede alla struttura per una semplice colazione da esterno. Una coccola a cui non si può rinunciare, qualità eleganza e vista mare. Super consigliato.

De façade is bedrieglijk, we hadden onze twijfels. Maar onterecht. Dit is van binnen een prachtig design hotel, met een fantastisch ontbijt en vriendelijke bediening! De kamer was netjes, wel zou ik de toiletrolhouder op een andere plek ophangen, maar dat was het dan ook. Goed bed en prachtig uitzicht op de zee! Op loopafstand zijn er diverse goede restaurants en leuke drinkgelegenheden! Een heerlijke onderbreking van onze reis naar Puglia.
