Muito bom pra famílias, perfeito pra quem quer algo mais calmo e afastado, e ao mesmo tempo com facilidade de chegar aos lugares desejados.

Minha esposa passou muito mal de intoxicacao alimentar e os atendentes do hotel não me auxiliaram a conseguir um taxi sequer.
Nem se preocuparam em tentar uma medicação.
Pedi soro para o recepcionista e ele disse que não tinha eu expliquei a solução caseira de sal e açucar, ele me deu um copo com uma colher de açucar e um sache de sal.
A agua eu teria que comprar no bar do hotel. Isso depois de 4 horas que minha esposa estava passando mal.
Eu tive que sair as 4 da madrugada a pé na cidade atras de uma farmacia pq o recepcionista não sabia verificar se tinha alguma aberta.
A jacuzzi do hotel é gelada e quando pedimos para aumentar a temperatura, o posicionamento deles é que a temperatura é automatica e eles não podem fazer nada.
Não fui só eu que reclamei da jacuzzi, outra hospede tbm o fez e teve o mesmo retorno.
Não indico o hotel para ninguem. Só tem nome e zero infraestrutura. Profissionais descapacitados.

The place was quiet. The pool area beautiful, and the staff was friendly. Food was amazing as well.

Very good hotel with good facilities and nice staff.
The only negative remark was the poor cleaning. The floor was completely dirty.

Nice hotel with walking distance to Porto Seguro. Nice pool area.. Internet 3/5. The resturant menu was not my cup of tea but I eat outside anyway. Breakfast to much sweats but it is the Brazilian way.

The Shalimar was a great spot for a quick trip to Porto Seguro. Close to downtown for shopping and restaurants, but also walkable to the beaches North of the downtown. The hotel was big and had great food and bar. The common space was welcoming and beautiful. All the staff we met were kind and helpful. The room itself was a little simple, but has everything we needed. Overall, a great experience.
