Boas acomodações, excelente piscina, café da manhã fantástico com muitas variedades. Localização um pouco afastado da cidade, próximo a barraca toatoa. Um bom Hotel, ambiente familiar.

I had stayed in this hotel about 18 years ago and my experience had been superb. So I decided to not look at any of the reviews and just book it. Mistake!!! The property needs major renovations, its in the same condition it was from 18 years ago. The rooms are small, the AC units drip, bathroom is very old, the room we stayed in faced the street which was super loud. The hotel charges for everything even towels. They charged us for cups that we used from the fridge to drink water. Terrible experience. There were so many nicer hotels around the area.

Ok, I guess there is no point to TripAd unless we are all honest. My reviews are generally positive but if you are going to use this hotel there are somethings I wish I’d read on here before I’d booked. Location as far as beach and bars is good. The pool is good, it’s pretty clean. The service is slow but that seems to be all over Porto Seguro. The big problem here is noise. Our first room was on the left of reception facing a cobbled road which is a short cut to the main beach road, it never stops with trucks and taxis and cars blaring out music. The balcony doors offer no sound insulation, it’s impossible to sleep unless you are completely wasted. So after complaining we were moved to the other side of the hotel, much quieter during the day until Toa Toa, music venue about 1km away gets going then it’s loud music till 6am. In short if you are young and gonna be out partying all night, or you are deaf then this is a good option. If you want a quiet break and any sleep, avoid.

SUPER RECOMENDO! Localização top, estrutura ótima; quarto limpo com tudo funcionando, aéreas comuns muito bem conservadas, restaurantes/bar excelente (com diversas opções no cardápio, uma delicia e preço justo). TODOS os funcionários foram muito cordiais, educados, prestativos e muito simpáticos. Equipe está de parabéns!

HOTEL NAO PODE! ,Nem esquentar um pao pode , nem comprar um danone fora nao pode , alem do cafe da manha ser pessimo tudo com baixa qualidade , ovo pela manha ou sopa de ovo? Se pedir um lanche , o Ketchup e da pior qualidade que vai ate o adoçante , sem falar no sabonete do apartamento , lastimavel , nao existe qualidade , certeza de nao voltar nunca mais! Shampoo nao existe!

Nice hotel with a very nice pool. Very good breakfast.
My only complain is that I had to go down the stairs carrying my luggages. I fell down and I hurt my leg. They should have an easy access for guests on the 2nd floor especially during check in and check out. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous to carry the luggages down the stairs.

O hotel é super aconchegante. Funcionários muito educados. As refeições são muito boas e em boas porções (porções e prato executivo). O café da manhã tem opções diferentes todos os dias. Comida muito saborosa. Tem copa baby, o que facilita pra higienizar mamadeira da criança ou esquentar algo no microondas. Segunda vez no hotel e pretendemos voltar. Muito bom mesmo! Recomendo.
