Hotel Costa Salina

Vey noisy hotel impossible to sleep or open wind; non stop passage of trucks going to the Ferry. Payment requested for full weekat arrival ie they know people will not stay. Upon asking no alternative room provided. Reception arrogant. Breakfast was good but and people serving much better mannered. If you require relaxation dont go here;

Really excellent hotel with a good location and view of the harbour area . The staff are very friendly also and helpful . The pool ( I heated ) area is really nice

Good location next to the harbor. Many restaurants nearby, large parking lot, chargers for electric vehicles in front of the hotel.

the hotel is in a good location. The room appeared clean, but my friend and I both have strange bug bites from our visit. We can't swear that it came from the room, but suggest that you check everything thoroughly.

Three day stay from 29th September. Weather was not very good on a couple of days which was a shame as we could not make best use of the pool. There was a very end of season feel about the place with facilities like the restaurant not being open in the evening and only limited service by the pool. The room was pleasant enough. I just wish that when they give you god team and coffee making facilities you would get a few milk capsules. The hotel is located between the main port area and the ferry terminal which has big ferries a couple of times a day which is no problem at all. There are many restaurants and bars nearby in the port area and many more in the Porto Vecchio old town up the hill. There is a little free electric bus service which follows a few routes and takes you into the town to save the walk uphill. There is a shortcut walk back down worth finding. We ordered a taxi back to Figari airport through the hotel on a Sunday afternoon and thought is was pretty expensive at €90 for a 25 min 22k drive. We had earlier in the trip stayed in Bonifacio which is very different to Porto Vecchio.

Hotel was very nice and even nicer was the Staff working there. I think they really made the difference in our overall experience. A Team of very young people very kind, professional and genuinely caring to help their customers. Also loved the breakfast with fresh juices and homemade food. The pool has a good size and a nice bar/restaurant next to it. Food is good there too and atmosphere very relaxed and pleasant. Rooms are very clean, large and the house-keeper lady is adorable. I would be happy to go back there!

Great hotel. Fantastic views on both sides. Very high standard of cleanliness. Excellent service, superior to other 4* I’ve stayed in.

Lovely hotel and even more lovely personnel: a young team working professionally and genuinely caring for customers. Adorable the two girls and the guys at the restaurant. Hotel is very clean and serve all possible family needs. Pool is wide and pool area is safely closed by high-gate entrance to avoid kids accidents. Nice the little bar/restaurant by the pool. Good food, changing menu almost daily based on fresh availabilities. Love the breakfast buffet with a lot of homemade products: from fresh smoothies to crepes and chocolate chips cookies. Our kids loved the self-preparing pancakes machine. Fresh squeezed orange juice was a big plus every morning. Would love to go back!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and help my father when in need of transportation. A beautiful property with a great location and great pool. Can't wait to come back!
