Hotel Eden Portofino

Me and my boyfriend had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Eden (1 night)! Genuine, cute and perfectly located less than 1 min walk from the Portofino harbour/pizza. We were warmly greeted with smooth check in and check out. Unfortunately we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast - but looked really nice to have breakfast outdoor in the garden. Would have been nice to get a breakfast package to go but this wasn’t possible… Atleast we got some discount on the parking-fee then, a nice gesture! Highly recommend that you stay at Hotel Eden when visiting Portofino :)

First of all, Portofino it's a expensive destination. With that in mind the location of the hotel it's perfect, right in the middle of Portofino. The hotel is 3 stars, no pool, no service room. But a great service by the owner. The room was clean, good size, good bed and good bathroom. The breakfast serve is good, nothing special but vast. What to expect; Geniune Porfofino architecture, perfect location, good service. For a couple perfect stay. Would comeback.

My room was dirty especially floor. Towels were used…. Also soaps were opened. I asked to change my room because it’s dirty the owner said it’s impossible and I don’t know what “dirty” means. Owner was always rude and in the day of check out he told me that as soon as I leave hotel is better…. Cleaning was terrible. They simply did bed and that’s it. Floor was always dirty. Hotel is quite old. Breakfast was bad. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially for this price. You expect at least friendly stuff in Portofino and clean rooms. I’m really disrespectful by hotel. The only one + is location in center of beautiful Portofino.

Ein süsses Hotel mit einer gepflegten kleinen Gartenanlage unweit des Hafens von Portofino. Freundlich familiär geführt. Nettes Frühstück auf einer Veranda. Das Bad ist sanierungsbedürftig, auch die Tür zum Bad sollte ausgewechselt werden.

Très bon hôtel. Le propriétaire est super et de très bon conseil sur Portofino et les alentours. (Parle français) On ne peux rêver mieux sur l’emplacement à 2 pas du port et du centre. Les chambres sont top et propre. Le petit déjeuné a beaucoup de choix et très sympa sur cette petite terrasse. Un des meilleurs hotel que nous ayons fais de notre séjour en Italie.

Hotel bello e accogliente in pieno centro e vicino a tutto. Gentilissimo il proprietario, il signor Ferruccio, grande chiacchierone e super disponibile. Ottima colazione preparata da lui stesso in un giardinetto in mezzo al verde. Super consigliato!
