Struttura molto particolare che la differenzia positivamente dal classico albergo, ma che ovviamente condiziona anche gli spazi senza però pregiudicare il confort Posizionata in modo strategico sul mare rende il soggiorno estivo estremamente piacevole. Bel posto dove se capita l'occasione ritornerei volentieri

L'unica cosa veramente degna di nota è l'ubicazione. La struttura bella ma in fase decadente, andrebbero rinnovate molte cose. Esperienza al ristorante negativa, elevato il costo 110,00 euro per due persone per antipasto primo e dessert, solo acqua niente vino. Piatti freddi e anonimi. Il personale al servizio colazioni molto disponibile e simpatico. Al contrario dei loro colleghi al ristorante. Pulizia insufficiente nelle camere. Stanze piccole in rapporto al costo, in una superior non c'è neanche un cassetto dove riporre la biancheria. Siamo stati tutto il periodo del soggiorno con le valigia aperte. Fatto presente tutto ciò alla reception unica cosa che hanno saputo rispondere che verrà avvisata la Direzione e ... se avevo preso qualcosa dal frigo bar!! Servizio in piscina/spiaggia adeguato, ma molto attenti all'orario di chiusura. Cominciavano a chiudere 15/20 minuti prima per poi alle 19,00 staccare.

Unique facilities, really relaxing environment, clean and very comfortable rooms, top service, very helpful staff, super food and wine in very special ambient!!! We can find only superlatives. It is an experience to visit! We will come back!

Hotel offered a warm and friendly environment. Accommodation was clean & comfortable. Staff were warm & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Food was exceptional and well prepared. A definite place to return too..

Found this gem after lengthy vacation through Europe. Very relaxing a**osphere on the Adriatic Sea coast. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a lot of laughs with the bartender and our dinner was delicious.

Service was outstanding and on-point across the board with all personnel and every aspect. Accommodation was impeccable and comfortable, we loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the sea. We appreciated we had a little coffee/tea station in our room and a mini refrigerator. The size of the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed seeing how happy the housekeeping team was and how professional they were. The food and service was amazing. Breakfast was a beautifully displayed gourmet buffet with a lovely selection to accommodate all dietary considerations and restrictions including hot and cold items, freshly prepared breads and pastries as well as a fresh selection of fruit. The buffet was well maintained throughout the breakfast timeframe. The staff coverage was perfect with always having a team of three or four: one exclusively at the coffee station to prepare any type of coffee you ordered and then served by professional wait staff; one person as bus and the other sometimes just on buffet to ensure everything was topped up and visually pleasing. Dinners were always special and the wait staff and team lead executed impeccable service. They understood the art of service. It was a pleasure to dine. Reception and concierge services were lovely, engaging, and enjoyable. Others employed by the hotel were professional and confident in their roles. Excellent team, always accommodating. The location is safe with full coverage security, quiet, and peaceful. The grounds were beautifully maintained. My husband and I would return again.

This is a unique property in a lovely quiet and private bay. We spent 3 nights here but could have stayed longer. The staff are nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and though we didn't eat at the restaurant because we the menu only showed fish the chef will make pasta for non fish eaters. Be aware that if you eat at the restaurants in the hills above Portonovo the taxi fare is 75 Euro plus round trip.We highly recommend this property.

Our state was absolutely spectacular. The staff were friendly, courteous, efficient, and always helpful. The food was superb. And the view spectacular. It was one of the most enjoyable professional meetings in many years and I would go back for another meeting anytime

Amazing location with views of the mountains and the ocean. Quiet and peaceful with bird watching near by. Friendly staff & yummy breakfast. Great restaurants near by as well if you don't want to eat at there.
