Check in a different hotel. Yes it was stated in the booking instructions in a small letter. Hard to find a check in and the staffs were busy for nothing talking each other while I was checking in as if not is there. Lack of training and service mind. Inefficient process and the queue was mingled and we purely rely on the luck. Our room was in a different building and the path has many stairs. With a heavy luggage, you will have definitely hard time. The rooms are totally different from photos. Just plain low quality apar**ent room. I feel like I was ripped off to stay one night in such a shabby place for almost 400€ parking while check in was a chaos.

Camere pulite ed accoglienti e bagno molto pulito e completo di ogni cosa. Personale disponibile e preparato. Parcheggio interrato compreso nel prezzo e adiacente al Casinò. Ottima colazione con grande varietà di scelta per tutti i gusti. Grazie mille.

Avis très mitigé sur l'hôtel :
- Points positifs : présence de grandes piscines (la piscine intérieure est énorme en terme de taille et permet d'accueillir de nombreuses personnes / de nager convenablement), une salle de sport petite mais bien équipée, un petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux, literie OK.
- Points négatifs : hôtel vieillot (l'hôtel principal a été refait récemment mais la dépendance où nous avons séjourné avait une déco datée, le système pour appeler les ascenseurs n'était pas centralisé). Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, aucun balcon n'était présent. Enfin, le prix du parking n'est pas de 14€ comme precisé mais de 20€ la journée (dans le parking public présent a proximité). La description de la chambre est au mieux trompeuse, au pire mensongère.

Grand complexe hôtelier, avec literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt complet et bon même si il manque souvent des choses. Le premier jour des baguettes les suivants très peu de pain, peu de bananes aussi sachant que c’est ce que les clients préfèrent prendre mais d’autres fruits pas très frais et peu de saucisson mais plutôt d’autres charcuteries moins bonnes. Il faut souvent demander aux serveurs pour débarrasser la table et s’installer car ils ont beaucoup de tables à gérer.
Autre problème le stationnement. A l’arrivée on vous demande 20 euros en espèces pour obtenir une carte de parking (à mon avis l’hôtel se met cet argent dans la poche) nous n’avions pas d’espèces du coup on nous a accordé une place attitrée pour 15 euros par jour. Au bout de 4 jours la place avait été louée à une autre chambre en même temps. On s’est retrouvé garé sur les zébras. Ça n’est pas normal ! Heureusement qu’on nous a fait un geste commercial sur la facture finale.
Les femmes de chambre sont elles très efficaces. Les piscines sont très bien et grandes. L’espace SPA pas mal bien qu’autorisé aux jeunes enfants donc parfois un peu bruyant. Et l’hôtel est bien situé proche plage et centre ville, mais loin du reste du pays si vous projetez d’explorer les gorges, la capitale… comptez environ 2H de trajet.

Problema iniziale con camera non ancora pulita, dopo due ore il personale ci ha dato altra stanza più bella. Il metropolitan è la struttura di riferimento, 5 stelle in decadenza, personale scarso che cerca di fare al meglio il proprio lavoro. Ne risulta una colazione da 2 stelle sc****, per il resto a noi è andata benissimo perché cercavamo una piscina semideserta, autoctoni molto rispettosi e silenziosi, impossibile trovare di meglio in zio zona ferragosto. Ci andremo di nuovo ma sappiamo a priori che non si tratta di una struttura 4 o 5 stelle

Достойное место , расположение идеальное, без излишеств, комфортно , Марина в шаговой доступности , регистрация в отеле Метрополь - 50 метров , Все Отлично, , парковка автомобиля - 29 евро , чуть дальше на 100 метров коммерческая парковка 10 евро сутки , выбор за Вами

Pagato € 380,00 per due notti , parcheggio escluso costo 20€ giorno, camera al primo piano con vista giardino , frigo bar vuoto, piscina scoperta a pagamento, la prima notte non sono state sistemate le stanze la seconda notte hanno bussato alle 7,45 per rifare la stanza. Nonostante l'hotel sia in una ottima posizione e le stanze ampie assolutamente non vale il quanto abbiamo speso . La colazione presso il metropol buona la prima mattina , la seconda mattina alle 8,30 non abbiamo trovato più nulla , abbiamo dovuto attendere che reintegrassero i tavoli.

Irgendwie sehr verwirrend - haben „Casa Rosa“ nicht gefunden … auch nicht beschriftet. Wir haben dann im Hotel „Metropol“ nachgefragt - es wurde dann auf das richtige Gebäude verwiesen. Ein „Parkplatzwächter“ hat uns dann erzählt, dass die Rezeption der „Casa Rosa“ im Hotel „Metropol“ ist … also wieder ins „Metropol“ - endlich einen Zimmerschlüssel. Enttäuschendes Ambiente, Alles (Frühstück, …) im „Metropol“. Hotel ist sauber!

Fußabdruck und Farbschrammen an der Wand, Verputz bröckelt von der Wand,dreckige Vorhänge, aufgerissener Boden, ungeputzte Toilette, kaputte Duschkopfhalterung etc... Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Essen war oft geschmacklos. Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Dieses Hotel ist Substandard und das Geld definitiv nicht Wert. Man merkt, dass keiner Interesse daran hat wirklich etwas zu verbessern. Das Hotel ist so in die Jahre gekommen. Warenschon in 2 oder 3 Sternhotels die sauberer waren. Hygiene ist hier Fehlanzeige. Ich würde niemals wieder hier übernachten...
