La habitación con vistas al río es impresionante. Es maravilloso poder disfrutar desde cerca del precioso puente de Vizcaya y la bonita ría en la cual se pueden divisar diferentes deportistas haciendo remo y también observar algunos barquitos navegando.
La habitación es pintoresca con detalles modernos y otros más clásicos. Lo que más me gusta como dije es el balcón con vistas a la ría y la comodidad de la cama.
Buena TV , dispone de mini bar y cafetera con dos cápsulas de cortesía y abajo en el hall del hotel existe un ascensor antiguo en el cual dispone de café, chocolate y otras bebidas también gratuitas las 24 horas del día.
Buena atención por parte de l@s emple@dos ya que siempre fueron amables y con buena predisposición además todo estaba limpio.
Cuanto pueda volveré me sentí muy a gusto con todo 😃👍🏽

Geweldige locatie en prachtig uitzicht naar Puente Colgante.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staff. Aan te raden om van te voren te reserveren bij het restaurant el paladar bij superchef Zirine Garcia. Heerlijk Michelin kwaliteit gegeten.

Recently stayed here during our Camino adventure. Beautiful building in a great central location,fronting on to the waterfront/promenade, adjacent to the cross river ‘cable car’. There are two restaurants on site, one of which is Michelin recommended. Rooms are very comfortable with quality towels/toiletries (Ritual). We ate in the other less formal restaurant which was very tasty with excellent friendly service. Decent breakfast served next morning. Despite its central location, there was not a sound audible during our stay. Would certainly stay at this 4* hotel again. Worth a trip on the ‘cable car’ ( cost €1.50 return) which takes you over to Las Arenas which is a much larger town/city of 80k people. Great selection of shops/ restaurants available.

I walked around this hotel a few times today as I couldn’t believe it was the one booked by my camino company, I didn’t want to embarrass myself walking in and getting sent down the street! What a surprise to get such luxury. The staff here are just lovely and rooms are super comfortable with Rituals cosmetics. By far the best hotel this trip. Special thanks to Mikel at the bar who arranged a special cheeseboard for me, served with delicious rioja. Love this place

We had a nice time at the hotel although it’s pretty far from city centre and the direct neighborhood isn’t that impressive. The hotel itself however looks nice and rooms are comfortable

This was our ‘stopover’ en route to the Santander ferry. What an absolute treat! A fantastic room, immaculately clean, friendly staff and incredible views of the transporter bridge. The bed was the size of a small country and very comfortable! My only slight negative was the menu choice in the restaurant- there was absolutely no vegetarian choice and a lack of understanding as to what a vegetarian might eat - I was offered tuna as an alternative!
