Very stained and dirty carpets. Front desk staff absent during supper hour. Waited 10 minutes for her to return. Came back later to ask a question. Waited 5 minutes while she was on the phone and finally gave up.

Nice hotel. It's located close to the park but rather to its south western corner so it takes a 10-minute walk to get to the Neues Palais and 20 minutes to the Sans Souci palace. The hotel is new. The room was good and quiet as we had one overlooking the internal garden. Good breakfast with nice selection. The free above ground parking has two small lots good for about a dozen cars. It was full so we parked our car on the grassy lawn on the street corner. They tried to to sell us their underground parking which we hadn't noticed initially but we were in a rush to get to the park so we left the car where it was and it was perfectly fine there overnight.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In der Nähe des Hotels befindet sich eine Bahnstation und auch fussläufig waren manche Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.

Toller Service - schöne Lage - freie Parkplätze - Besonders die Berlinerin beim Frühstück war TOPP, ebenfalls die junge Frau an der Rezeotion, die super handelte. Die Sauna war ebenfalls absolut in Ordnung - ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen... Das Restaurant Augustiner in der Nähe ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen! Bus hält direkt vor de Tür

Ansicht hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, vielleicht ein bisschen altbacken, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Sehr gute Zimmergröße Per Zug und Bus gut erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichlich.
