Hotel robi wrażenie czegoś co kiedyś było ekskluzywne, a teraz jest poprostu ok na jedna noc. Widać bieg czasu, plus to basen, sauny poprostu są, śniadanie dobre jest wybór, za szlafrok dodatkowa opłata 20zl przy tej cenie za pokój słabo ale najgorsze bandyctwo to 95 zł za parking za dobę! 6 stów za pokój plus parking daje 700 złotych za dobę! W tym hotelu za tą cenę absolutnie NIE! Napewno podczas kolejnej wizyty w Poznaniu pomine ten obiekt, naprawdę można za tą cenę znaleźć dużo lepszy hotel.

Sam pobyt był ok, pokój spory, czysty i bardzo miła obsługa, chociaż prosiłem o wydłużenie doby do 13 a wyrażono mi zgodę max do 12 - szkoda ale ok!
Śniadanie jednak takie sobie, bekon i jajecznica były po prostu zimne, reszta normalna bez szału.
Bardzo smaczny był sok z szpinaku i jabłek.
Bardzo życzliwe Panie sprzątające na 5 piętrze - dziękuję.
Hotel w dobrym miejscu do zwiedzania, zakupów.

Nawigacja prowadzi do wjazdu na parking do innego hotelu, nie ma zadnych znakow hotel rowniez jest nieoznakowany, podobnie jak jego parking. Obsluga przy zameldowaniu nie poinformowala o tym ze parking jest platny 80 zl za dobe, cena bardzo wysoka jak na ten standard, nie udzielono zadnych informacji odnosnie logistyki przy zameldowaniu. Zeszlam na kolacje do restauracji hotelowej, natomiast zbyt dlugi czas oczekiwania na zlozenie zamowienia zmusil mnie do jej opuszczenia bez posilku. Pobyt bardzo nieudany.

A pleasant stay with excellent customer service from the Front Desk Supervisor Paulina. The entire staff was extremely accommodating, and responded to all questions and requests. Newly open pool and saunas are beautiful and a pleasure to spend time at. Great variety of choices at breakfast and again friendly personnel. Location is top notch with Stary Browar Mall across the street and only15 min walk to the Old Town. I will definitely be back!

Excellent Customer Service, comfortable bed, great shower and amazing location. Online check in prior to arrival was very convenient. The hotel had our room ready, the buffet breakast had alot of options and we were impressed by the variety. The hotel is right across from the Stary Browar mall which had a huge variety of stores, also a large Carrefour Supermarket and Rossman *****tore in the mall. The mall had a nice atrium with upscale dining for the evenings you want to dine nearby the hotel. We walked 15 mins to the Old Town restaurants and cafes, enjoyed many beautiful Poznan sights, the cathedral and museum, tram 2 mins from hotel, and walking distance to beautiful churches Corpus Christi and St. Martin's. St. Martin's street was a close walk from the hotel and alot more restaurants to choose from. We will definitely return on our next visit to Poznan.

No VIP welcome. Pool In reconstruction. Additional fee for parking. Hotel management behavior terrible. Hotel stuff entered the room without permission and harmed privacy.

Large suite was amazing and great value for what we got. Large bathroom behind glass wall was probably the highlight. Shower super comfortable. Another toilet was there which is good although our stay was too short to ever use it. 2 modern TV, great view from the window on Stary Browar, comfortable bed. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was not good to add as it was pretty nice and good for our family of 4. Parking we found too expensive so we used city parking 100m away. Probably parking would make more sense if we stayed longer. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed but probably the reason for this good price and we would not be able to use it arriving late.
