The Oliver Apartments

El hotel es perfecto para pasar unos días. Está bien situado y las habitaciones están bien equipadas.

Excelente ubicación y comodidad nos justo la habitación muy limpia

Buen apartamento para pasar unos días tranquilos en familia.

Le faltaba un poco de limpieza, había una mancha en el suelo. Reserva para 4 personas, y una cama estaba sin hacer (sofá) y otra no tenía edredón. Muy fácil el checking y el checkout. Muy amables en las consultas telefónicas previas antes de llegar al hotel. Había cápsulas de café de cortesía. La cocina estaba suficientemente equipada con cafetera, microondas y nevera. Tamaño de la habitación suficiente.

The Oliver apartamentos cumplió nuestras espectativas porque era lo que buscamos una estancia en la zona noroeste de Madrid para ir a Segovia, visitar a unos familiares en Las Rozas y los apartamentos son correctos con un buen espacio para cuatro personas en mi caso, con cocina para desayunar, con aparcamiento publico en las inmediaciones, con tiendas y restaurantes en las cercanias, zona tranquila y segura y con una parada metro ligero a un minuto del hotel que se permite enlazando con la L10 del metro estar en el centro turístico de Madrid en unos 35-40 minutos. Como únicas pegas es que la limpieza es justa, se sale el agua de las duchas si no se tiene mucho cuidados y falta espacio para la ropa su viajan cuatro personas como fue nuestro caso

沙發比較臟，有異味。其他畢竟自助式公寓，不必奢求。

Apartamento bien equipado, y limpio Buen servicio y atención inmediata. No hay mucha información de la ubicación de la piscina.

I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again.

The Oliver is ok...but only ok. Saved by the really helpful cleaning supervisor and security man! Check in is automatic by machine  after you've received a text message. It works, but after a 6 hour drive you have to tackle " COMPUTER  says NO " and only read my passport on the 5th attempt! The good stuff... Room was clean. Location was good.  2 minutes walk to train. Restaurants and bars nearby. Bad stuff. Don't believe it when the website tells you about the kitchen! It's UNBELIEVABLY  basic. No knife to cut a tomato or piece of cheese... no corkscrew... no kettle, no bottle opener.. Totally under equipped. We were there for 5 nights. 2 adults..  We got no replacement bin bags, bins not emptied..  2 toilet rolls!  1 bath and one hand towel each. To last 5 DAYS!  I know it is self catering... but seriously.. I have never had to replace bin bags or toilet rolls in any accommodation EVER. There is a washing machine and drier in the basement entrance to the carpark...  But who has time on a mini break to wait 1.5 hours to wash and dry your towel daily?  Our bathroom floor flooded with each shower so we were lucky! We texted the invisible receptionist to let them know about the flooding and were sent towels so we could mop up! We paid the same price for each night.. So in my logic that means we should get the same service every night.  The other big problem is the thin walls. We could hear every word and sound from the neighbours rooms. There is a cleaning lady on site a few hours a day. She was amazing and embarrassed by the mean attitude of the owners. They are VERY lucky to have her! Also the man who works on maintenance. Last gripe. To enter,  one must punch in a 7 digit code...  But ANYONE can walk into to building via the car park.  In 5 days.. the doors were never closed. Security was a joke. A bit annoying when we had paid extra for secure parking!! We chose The Oliver because it was near family we were visiting for Chris**as. For that reason it was ok, but next time we visit them we will stay in a place where the owner is not a miser. We found our Chris**as Scrooge!
