Room smelled terribly like smoke upon arrival. It was so bad that we only stayed one day and then booked another hotel in pra loup. Generally massively overpriced for its location at the very bottom of the town.

The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a lot of noise from the interconnecting family room next door. The main problem was that the floors were filthy. The facilities in the room were OK. It was quite a long hike to get to the slopes and to restaurants. Overall OK but if we went back to Pra-loup we'd aim to stay further up the hill

Séjour en famille pour Noel 2023 . Cette résidence offre des studios propres et confortables . Un personnel très accueillant , sympathique répond à toutes vos questions . Le ALL INCLUSIVE est un plus pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour les pieds sous la table sans se préoccuper des repas . Vous avez la possibilité de choisir et d'emporter votre repas du midi tant le choix des plats est varié avec la mise à disposition de boites en carton et des couverts en bois . Du petit déjeuner au diner les buffets sont toujours bien achalandés et copieux avec un personnel présent pour réapprovisionner les plats du moment . Quelque soit le poste du personnel tous sont agréables , polis et forts souriants .

Accueil au top 👌. Chambre propre. Nous pouvons prendre à emporter pour le midi avec des box mis à disposition 👌. Possibilité de réserver des luges et raquettes à la réception ainsi que le sauna . Le mini club parfait pour les enfants . Ils se sont bien amusés.

De superbe chambres avec une super vu sur les terrains de tennis enneigées. Notre cuisine avait tout les équipements possibles, couverts, assiettes, bols … Un super emplacement avec les navettes qui passe tout près pour monter en station. L’équipe de la réception est très agréable et sympathique !!!!

Belle semaine dans un appart aux Bergers. Appartement propre et vue dégagée. Personnel de l’hôtel très sympathique et toujours à l’écoute . Formule All In vivement recommandée car c est varié, bon et pratique ! C est ça les vacances ! Merci pour cette belle semaine 😎

Appartement propre et très fonctionnel. Personnel souriant, serviable et accueillant. Système de boîte déjeuner très pratique pour manger sur les pistes. Les buffets sont copieux, généreux et de qualité. Agréable la piscine après une journée de ski ! La résidence est bien située, le bus passe toutes les 15min. La population locale est souriante et accueillante.

Appartement bien agencé, propre à l’arrivé et suffisamment equipé. Par contre le all inclusive se trouve à l’hôtel à côté (un parking à traverser) mais des escaliers partout aucun accès handicapé ou avec une poussette comme c’était notre cas avec deux enfants en bas âges et ce n’est indiqué nulle part et c’était l’épreuve tous les soirs et matin. Idem loin du ventre obligé de prendre la navette pas toujours facile aussi … le buffet est correct

Hôtel familial à 10min à pieds des pistes. Comfy et cosy avec apéro à partir de 18h30. Le gros + , un buffet dispo de 7h à 13h (possibilité de préparer son déjeuner pour les pistes) Personnel très accueillant et sympathique et piscine à diposition
