Excellent service with multilingual at the reception that were more than happy to help. The resorts team even recommended some most do activities which we were all to happy to partake in. The local trails provide some incredible vistas. These trails were accompanied with cute local wildlife, but be sure to respect your distance as the groundhogs are protected and you could very well face a fine. Whilst I visited during the summer I am certain the skiing would be great and the resort is adapted for the winter months. That being said we had access to the resorts heated pool, sauna and tennis court and had plenty of fun. The hotel rooms were a nice size and the beds were incredibly comfy granting the best nights sleep of our entire road trip. The rooms were impeccably clean along with the entire resort. We opted for the all inclusive experience and the drinks selection was more than adequate but was bested by the dessert selection which forced us into taking seconds a fair few times. We shall certainly return.

Stayed at this three star Hotel for New years and had great expectations. But the rooms Were not up to my expectations. Boring atmosphere and low standard. The buffer was ok with lots of choices but very crowded. Will not go back to this place.

Pour la deuxième expérience chez Sowell. Nous trouvons le concept identique et de qualité pour les services, repas sont excellents.Chambre très propre avec une petite attention de la part du personnel de service(photo). Cependant un coup de gueule envers certains clients . Un gâchis au quotidien de nourriture sur la photo une famille après le petit déjeuner. Je pense que ces parents qui laisse une table dans cet état demande chez eux aux enfants de ranger leur chambre, bien se tenir à table. C'est la même chose au goûter la personne au bar doit servir et débarrasser les tables qui sont dans un état déplorable. Nous félicitons l ensemble du personnel ne changez rien c est juste certains clients qui doivent changer. Merci pour tout

Un accueil chaleureux avec une équipe dynamique et a l’écoute Idéal pour un séjour en famille même avec un bébé de 7mois Les équipements et la restauration sont de très bonne qualité Les buffets sont variés et équilibré avec différents services continu sur la journée Très proche des pistes et de la galerie commercial tout ce fait à pied depuis l’hôtel

Pour une 1ère, c'était réussi ! De l'emplacement (à 5' des remontées à pied), à la chambre, au service, à la restauration (possibilité de lunch box pour les pistes) au personnel etc etc....l'hôtel est vraiment une belle découverte !....je recommande vraiment, pas de mauvaises surprises car tout est fait pour un agréable séjour.....

Un large choix au niveau de la restauration, hôtel très sympathique, je recommande. Mes enfants étaient ravis du séjour. Petit détail qui fait la différence "la piscine " de plus elle est très bien placée, avec vue sur les montagnes et face au soleil. Niveau placement ce n'es pas mal il est à 5 minutes des pistes et des commerces. En conclusion nous sommes très ravis de notre séjour, à refaire l année prochaine avec grand plaisir 😉

Nous y allons, entre une et deux fois par saison. Le service est impeccable, la direction adorable. Le seul hic, si les gens mal éduqué et indiscipliné, et cela à n’importe quelle heure de la journée ou de la nuit. Je tiens à installer le sang-froid des employés ainsi que de la direction

Isolation phonique à revoir, la literie à fait son temps et faire plus respecter les règles des l'établissement. L'accueil est très sympa, jeune mais à du mal à s'imposer. La restauration au top ainsi que le coin bar.

Idéal avec la formule All inclusive pour un court séjour au ski. Piscine intérieure. Alimentation variée et bonne. Bon emplacement avec une navette à proximité qui amène directement au pied des pistes
