I had the most exceptional experience here!! A friend, who's local, had recommended it. It is walkable to everything (across the bridges into old town and just a few blocks from the small old town center). Lots of transit around, too. Right underneath Prague Castle and the gardens, wonderful restaurants and absolutely stunning sunset views. The hotel helped me coordinate airport pickup and drop-off, plus a rental car, and had THE BEST breakfasts (which changed every day) with Czech foods and a whole array of other choices, much of which - including pastries - were made in house. My room was perfect, too. Very cozy, had everything I needed and more. I am spreading word about this place to everyone I know traveling through Prague!

We had a lovely 2 night stay in this excellently located hotel. Very warm welcome and we were able to get into our room straight away at 11am. We went for the standard room which was fine - very comfy bed and had everything we needed. There were cakes in our room on arrival and a small bottle of bubbly to enjoy on our last night. Breakfast was great and different each day. The hotel is located on a beautiful street with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Just round the corner from the castle which has beautiful views over the city. All the sights are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

Beautiful hotel situated right under the castle and close to every where you need to visit whilst staying in Prague. Breakfast was amazing, cold and hot options which were all delicious especially the quiche and breads, they also give you snacks to take with you. Staff are really friendly. Room was great especially the power show. Highly recommend 👌 👍

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Prague. It’s not just a place to stay it’s an experience that will leave you with unforgettable memories😉. My stay at Hotel Neruda was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring my every need was met with a smile. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. I was impressed by the stunning glass roof in the dining area where breakfast is served, also I have to mention that the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection and delicious coffee. Hotel lies close to all attractive tourist attractions, and most importantly, you can reach everything on foot.

My partner and I spent a night at this hotel, and we are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our stay. The room was impeccably maintained, clean, and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were always cheerful, smiling, and ready to immediately help with our requests. The breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty foods, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a delicious start to the day:) We can’t wait to return and experience more of the wonderful hospitality this hotel has to offer….Thank you!

This hotel is just amazing. If you are looking for a comfortable, stylish boutique hotel with a friendly and welcoming a**osphere- this is for you! The hotel itself is gorgeous, as are the rooms. The rooms are cosy, clean and have an adjustable thermostat which is perfect for the winter months! The staff are brilliant, ever so friendly and are extremely attentive- they all clearly take pride in their work! We were away in Prague for my 21st, and on that morning they brought me a muffin with a candle in with happy birthday confetti on the plate - without us telling them it was my birthday! Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that started off my birthday so nicely! The breakfast is a great selection and different to other hotels in that the hot options changes each morning which keeps it fun! The porridge was perfect! The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the castle, and is within walking distance to all other key tourist areas. For us we liked that it wasn’t right in and amongst everything else, it’s in a relaxed and picturesque location (but not so far out that it feels like your out in the sticks!) I could go on and on about how great it is but staying in this hotel made our stay in Prague that much better, and I have no doubt we will return back to this hotel- and recommend it to all of our friends. We first came across this hotel from a recommendation of a friend - so we will ensure to keep passing it on!! Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

We spent 5 nights here in September and would highly recommend it for couples who want a nice base to explore from in a quiet location. If you like to eat an evening meal In your hotel this is not the place for you as only serves breakfast and has an attached Café for coffee and cakes open till 8pm, but there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby to eat dinner in. Breakfast was lovely, the hot food choice changed daily, and french toast as an option on our 1st day was a nice surprise. There was also a lovely range of homemade (it appeared) cakes along with the expected fruit and cold meat and cheese. All the options were kept topped up promptly. It was also nice to see a separate Gluten Free section along with a basket of fruit and snacks for you to take for the day. My only criticism would be there is quite a wait for the coffee machine at busy times, so a second would help, however in fairness there are insulated jugs of filter coffee too to help this and perhaps not space for a 2nd coffee machine. Our bedroom was lovely, roomy, with great attention to detail in the decoration, along with a nice big bath and shower and toiletries, and a very comfy bed. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a Carafe of water and glasses plus a nice touch of 2 wine glasses and a bottle opener there too. The Decor in the wider hotel is very nicely done too, with a lovely mix of styles. There is also a beautiful roof terrace with some seating which is a lovely place to finish off an evening with a bottle of wine. Of the 6 hotels I have stayed in in Prague this is definitely one of my top 2 and great value for money and taking price into account possibly top 1. All of the staff were lovely friendly and very helpful, especially at reception, all spoke embarrassingly good English compared to my Czech, and as it is manned 24hous a day you can leave your key which I prefer than carrying around. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you want to stay near the Castle. It is a bit of an uphill walk from the river however you can easily get a Tram 22/23 up to The castle and walk through or get off by Strahov Monastery and walk down so don't let the hill put you off.

All the hotel staff from receptionists to housekeepers were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & attentive making the hotel a safe hospitable space. The hotel rooms were modern clean & spacious with Wi-Fi, tv, refrigerator & coffee machine. The beds were firm but comfortable with single duvets & plenty of pillows. The breakfast buffet was delicious & varied which fluctuated each morning & also a lovely touch of a basket containing fruit & bars to take snack for later in the day. The hotel is in a quiet area on a one way cobbled street with many cafes/restaurants close by. The hotel is situated half way up a hill but by the end of the week it was an easy walk our fitness improved! A marvellous find which I have no qualms in recommending would definitely return if ever in Prague again.
