Great Old time hotel pub and grub. Rooms are kind of small & bathroom is tiny. The site is perfect for any downtown trips and/or shopping. The dinner was great but a little pricey. Great a**osphere and the staff was spot on every time. 👏

staffs are very friendly and helpful, beautiful hotel, only thing little down side is classic room is little too tiny for 2 people, otherwise it was great experience and i highly recommend anyone would like to stay this hotel!

This hotel is older but clean and comfortable. The people that work there are so accomdating and give service like service they used to give back in the day. Tara is a superstar. The elevator is worth the stay all by itself. Loved loved loved my stay

It was great. I loved staying at this historic hotel in the heart of Prescott. It was fun riding an elevator with an operator. The restaurant was excellent and so was the service. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Great Old West Hotel in the heart of Prescott AZ. Spent two nights. They have a nice bar and very good restaurant. Walkable location with easy access to Whiskey Row.

The staff were fantastic! The onsite restaurant was a great fine dining experience with great food. They have a fire pit in front. We asked for it to be started. They did so right away and a little while later brought out marshmallows and sticks! Toasted marshmallows topped off a great stay!

We loved the hotel. It was very elegant and the staff was helpful and friendly. The "happy hour" was fun and food good.
