The elevator was out of order… the attached bistro was very poor with the hostess didn’t end up eating there at all.

Stayed at St Michaels for a romantic getaway with my wife room was awesome. Only thing that was a little disappointing was size of the shower was too small for both of us but no big deal.

Great old hotel in the middle of whiskey row, with a fantastic staff. Note: you’re in an old hotel in the thick of things…expect street noise, particularly on the weekends.

Very quaint and a step back in time, so fun! This hotel was very warm and cozy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You are located in the heart of the wonderful town of Prescott. Within walking distance of all the small local stores, restaurants and saloons! Be sure to stop by Lily's Saloon for a great time and awesome people. The only drawback is the noise level from the downtown traffic. The hotel provides ear plugs for sleeping, but it can be quite noisy. That being said, we would stay again!

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel wonderful! The property is beautiful and well maintained and radius gives brings the historic vibes of the area to another level.

I booked a room based on ******* ratings and it was the worst hotel room I had ever been in. We stayed 2 hours and left to drive home. It was loud, tiny room and everything was heavily worn. I’m sorry, ******* but I will never take your ratings seriously again! I could have stayed at the Marriott for the same price!

Loved staying in a quirky historic hotel. Rooms are a bit small and there’s ambient noise from inside and outside the hotel. Excellent walking location and lots of dining and entertainment nearby.
