Amazing, my husband and I were on a quiet holiday to celebrate us. No real plans other than to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. It was a great place to have a getaway weekend with my husband..

Beds were comfy , close to Maple Grove Hot springs , kind of a bummer the hot springs on site did not open till 11am. No food located at the hotel.

We found ourselves unexpectedly in Preston and found this online. We had little kids and got to the hot springs with about an hour left to swim. The pools were clean (no slime!) and the kids loved the cooler large pool. The rooms were clean and updated, the beds fairly comfy. We couldn’t get hot water in our shower though. Unfortunately the pools don’t open until 11 in the morning which was a bummer for the kids since we had to get our way in the morning.

We stayed in the cabin it was a great get away. It would have been nice to have access to the showers or a shower, even a KOA has a shower facility to be able to use as needed. Otherwise the staff were very friendly.

Reserving through ********** i did not know the the hot pools are closed on Sunday. The staff were kindly and let me soak anyway.
Small electric heater did not warm the cabin. The manager, with a sweet disposition came with larger heater that took care of it. I like the folks there.
Awesome mountain country, beautiful place to be.

The cabin was simple yet perfect. It was a nice mix of elegant and rustic, and the included hot springs swim was a great way to relax at the end of a long day.
