The check in took over 35 min. The heat pool that was advertised was not heated. The phone in the room did not work. The deadbolt did not work! And when I finally got the front desk after calling 3 times and put on hold for 10 min the manger came up and instead of offering me another room because the lock didn’t work he said that it was to late to do so. Mind you I was in the room with my 8 year old daughter and handicap sister.. They did not care all he cared about was his review of the hotel. He’s words were “ this ain’t going to affect your review of my hotel is it?” Also the light in the bathroom and the little hall between the bedroom and sitting area didn’t work all the time. It came on when it wanted to. I was in room 315.

Easy check on, able to change room to an upper floor, comfy beds, clean room, gunky old phone, good breakfast.

The staff was great. Imani at the front desk was great… always had a smile on her face and was great help… room was clean…. I enjoyed my stay :)

The room was very comfortable having 2 TVs was a plus. The room was clean but the bathroom tub/shower needs to be changed it’s old. The breakfast was excellent lots of choices.

My husband and I were very disappointed. We were overlooked at check in time, no housekeeping service,and no clean towels. We spent close to $400 dollars for poor service. This is unacceptable.

Joe at the frony desk was cool and Lady T ( she works in kitchen ) i kept forgetting her name so i called her lady T she was sooooo cool.....but my room bathroom was dirty and it was no where to park every night we had to circle the parking lot hoping somebody would leave.

The hotel staff was very accommodating!! The stay was peaceful and my two year old granddaughter could actually run all over the grandparent. Great experience!
