位置非常好，交通跟吃的很方便，就是WIFI收訊差了點。如果可以再改善的話就十全十美了。註：lobby跟3樓就收訊良好

Absolutely terrible wifi/internet. Let's you connect but simply does not work. In 2024 this is completely unacceptable, it's mandatory that there is working internet. The rest of any review is irrelevant, it would be like writing a review about a hotel without any air.

This hotel has little to recommend it. First the good news - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rest is bad news. There were no towels or bath mats in the room when we arrived. The a/c was pathetic, and Santiago is in the middle of a heatwave. The rooms get a lot of street noise, even on the 7th floor. The breakfast is mediocre - only the lady who cooks the omelettes knew how to smile. The whole facility looks tired and decaying - avoid this hotel.

The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation.

Great location . Near restaurants, cafes , grocery stores , shopping and transportation. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness. Front desk personnel helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was unappetizing.

Hola! El año pasado, en agosto de 2023, me hospedé con ustedes y quiero agradecerles mucho por toda la atención. Especialmente quiero destacar la atención de Daniel, quien fue muy amable y nos ayudó enormemente con todo lo que necesitábamos durante nuestra estadía

Nem cheguei a me hospedar ainda. Pior que fiz um tipo de reserva sem restituição. Liguei para tirar uma dúvida e fui muito mal atendida. O recepcionista foi muito grosseiro, não respondeu o que eu precisava saber e desligou o telefone na minha cara.

Excelente trato de todos los empleados Daniel un crack! El del turno nocturno de pelo largo está peleado con el 🌎! Tal vez por eso esta de noche para no ver a nadie. Alfredo de mantenimiento otro genio!!! La azotea y piscina exquisita deberían abrirla de noche para poder cenar y tomar aire allí. El único detalle fue el aire acondicionado que no estaba bien y hacía un lago en la habitación pero en realidad 0 stress!!! Súper recomendable y sobre todo la ubicación. Los chicos del desayuno excelentes y el ambiente y seguridad 10 puntos!!!
