We arrived on a morning flight and were able to wait in the comfortable lounge while a room was made ready, Luciano kindly let us enter a couple of hours early which was very helpful. Great stay, clean and well equipped apartment. We will definitely return.

Very good and friendly staff, speaking English and Spanish. 5 parking spaces in the premises. Not ideal for long stays: no laundry service nor washing machine. No lift in the building for big suitcases up to 4th floor.

Excellent location, friendly and reliable staff, clean rooms with many amenities. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, complete with hot water kettle, and the wifi and cleaning service. It was hot weather in Santiago so we also appreciated the fans provided and that the windows were open and shades pulled down to cool our room upon our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Heidelberg. The hotel is located in a beautiful and safe residential area. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Our apartment was very modern and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Because we liked it so much, we even returned here for another week.

2 very small rooms. The bathrooms is tiny. For 2 people is hard to get around. The place has been remodeled looks like a while ago. It’s all old and smells. There is no AC, no elevator. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is. After We stayed in the hotel for $50 and it was such a big difference, much bigger and nicer, cleaner, with the pleasant smell. I am honestly not sure why there is so many good reviews. We booked because of the reviews were good.

Heidelberg Haus, is located in a residential area, in Santiago, in the Providencia commune, in front of a pleasant square, due to its location, it is very quiet and at the same time close to shopping centers. The hotel is very well organized and in terms of security, it complies 100%, the cleanliness of the rooms, the light, the comfort, excellent. This stay for me had a surprise factor, and it was that on the second day of arriving, I damaged my knee, with which I had to change the room to a lower floor, change that was made without problems as soon as it was possible according to availability, this change was totally necessary, since the hotel does not have an elevator. Convenient location easily reachable from Los Leones and the Costanera shopping center. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean room with cooking facilities . Daily cleaning service available. Suitable for long stay. Very friendly Staff.

Ficamos hospedados em março/24 e adoramos a experiência. O nosso quarto era amplo e limpo. A estação de metrô mais próxima é a Los Leones, cerca de 1km. Sempre íamos andando, o bairro é tranquilo e seguro. Os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos. Pagamos a tarifa sem o café da manhã, pois nossos passeios saíam super cedo, então fazíamos a nossa própria comida na pequena cozinha que há no quarto. Tem micro-ondas, fogão, torradeira e todos os itens essenciais, como talheres, panelas, bucha para lavar os pratos e detergente. Sobre o banheiro, a água do chuveiro (ducha móvel, na verdade) esquentava rápido, mas ele é bem diferente dos utilizados aqui no Brasil e tem uma forma diferente de ligar. Não sabíamos como fazer e uma funcionária nos ajudou. Os únicos contras: não tem ar-condicionado e em alguns dias sentimos um pouco de calor, pois fomos na primeira semana do outono e Santiago ainda estava quente. Contudo, pela madrugada era tranquilo. Tem ventilador, caso queiram usar. Outro ponto não muito legal é que ficamos em um quarto do térreo, perto da escada e da recepção, então tinha um certo ruído. Além disso, a janela do quarto dava para a rua e não para as cordilheiras. No geral, recomendamos!
