There were very many stairs to climb. The microwave didn't work, and the balcony sliding doors did not lock. I reported it, and it was not fixed despite a notice advising to lock balcony doors when out of unit.

Good place. 5 minute walk to several restaurants on the harbor. Price is right. A little bit of a walk to the beach.

Excellent service. They go above and beyond to help you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s a great location if you have a car- without a car you’ll need taxis or good walking shoes to get to Grace Bay or Leeward.
Close to turtle cove marina and some great snorkeling. Mango Reef and Simone’s are both great restaurants you can walk to. Great value for your money!

Really like staying there, a couple bars and restaurants in walking distance. Did have the fire alarm go off two days strait a couple mornings and U wish that they had an elevator for higher floors, not very easy getting luggage and groceries up to room.

Overall the hotel was good. Has lots of potential but slightly unkempt. Good pricing, very quiet, close to many great restaurants. staff are friendly kind and respectful. I would for sure book with them again in the future.

I typically don’t even write reviews, but I have to write one for this place. Every time I communicated with a staff about some that was wrong with my room or accommodations that I needed it was an issue. The shower barely worked. The pool was disgusting and not serviced. Staff was rude and not accommodating. They charge extra for anyone else joining in your room even though it isn’t all inclusive you don’t even get breakfast, but they want to charge you for an additional person. overall I had a horrible experience and I will never be staying at this place again.

The reception and check in lady was rude. Our room itself was not very clean at all. It would be nice if they provided you with dish soap, laundry detergent and wash cloths/sponges or paper towel since there is a full kitchen and washing and dryer machine. But it’s difficult to use those things when you don’t have the stuff you need to use it. It wasn’t expensive and the location is good, the outdoor part of the property was nice, however I wouldn’t stay here again.
