La Tegliaia is a typical Tuscan stone house, divided into two apartments communicating with each other only from the outside (through nine steps). The house is located on the east side of Chianti, among olive trees, in an isolated and very panoramic position and can also be rented for 06 people (our ref. IT5376.610.1). Beautiful country house "Tegliaia", 400 m a.s.l., detached. 5 km from the centre of Montevarchi, 45 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: property, swimming pool fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Narrow motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Montevarchi" 5 km.
