We have spent a week in this cosy and comfortable villa and enjoyed every moment. Erica is not only the best host I have ever experienced in Tuscany but also a great and friendly person. First 3 night we have rented the whole villa with our friends and had all amenities for ourself, then 4 of us decided to stay there as B&B and Erica served wonderful breakfasts for us. Rooms and apartments are very comfy with very good beds, bathrooms and air condition. There is a professional kitchen available for guests and we used it to prepare some breakfasts and lunches. Outside there are many places where you can sit down, relax and enjoy beautiful views. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Property is large (4ha) and very close to a large forests so in the evenings you could see and hear plenty of wild animals like boars, deers, eagles. The location is very convenient for visiting Tuscany - close to a A1 highway from Florence to Sienna. Erica has been very helpful in suggesting us places to visit and good restaurants nearby. I should definitely recommend her villa to anyone for a short and long stay in Tuscany.

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines de rêve dans cette maison située près d'Arezzo. Nous avons loué l'entièreté de la maison pour nos 3 familles, et nous avions toute la place nécessaire. Les chambres sont impeccables, avec une mention spéciale pour les matelas à mémoire de forme et pour la clim dans les chambres, indispensable en cas de grosse chaleur. Nous avons passé énormément de temps dehors, à l'abri de la terrasse couverte, ou au bord de la piscine rafraîchissante. La propriété est située sur un terrain dont nous n'avons pas pu faire tout le tour tellement il est grand. Il y a partout des terrasses, des endroits où se poser. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la grande terrasse, de la table de ping-pong. Mais Amoliv ne serait pas Amoliv sans Erika, sa propriétaire, qui vit dans la maison avec une entrée séparée. Absolument adorable, toujours hyper disponible, enthousiaste mais sans s'imposer, elle connaît parfaitement la région, donne plein de conseils, parle toutes les langues, mais avec l'accent, les gestes et le soleil d'Italie. Un bonheur!
