Booked a flexible rate on Jan 8th for a stay on Feb 23rd for 3 nights and 2 rooms. A week later I called the hotel and cancelled the booking, today I discovered it was not done and they are taking payment of 100%. Despite numerous phone calls and emails explaining what has happened they did nothing to resolve the situation. They have caused me hours of stress. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm sure it's great when things go well but went something goes wrong they will not help.

Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access.

Lorenzo P.was a perfect waitor that was present at breakfasts and dinners and served delicious dishes of italian cuisine...Thank you! We were missing only a sauna that could be attended without a bathing costume which I consider neither pleasant nor sanitary.

The hotel is very sweet and nice. Great room, clean and nice staff. The hotel has shuttle service that take you to the chair lift and back to the hotel, or you can walk 8-10 minutes. The spa is great! But is holds extra charge. We eat only breakfast and dinner we eat outside

Very good location in a quite area, close to the cabin car and chairlift. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Staff is very nice and open to answer any question you may have. Breakfast and especially dinner are top level (we had the half board). I would definitely come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 28/02 al 6/03 2024, è stato tutto perfetto. La camera Classic è spaziosa e ben strutturata, i servizi dell’hotel sono impeccabili, consiglio la mezza pensione, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, complimenti al cuoco. Tutto il personale veramente preparato, gentili e disponibili. La comodità della navetta per gli impianti ogni 10 minuti, distanti circa cinque minuti, l’autista, Felice, bravissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Il centro benessere ha superato le mie aspettative, da 5 stelle. Che dire, grazie per questi 8 giorni, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Una bellissima esperienza da fare in questo meraviglioso Hotel è di andare nella Spa, dove troverete molti servizi proposti e indicati dal dolcissimo e cortese personale che ci lavora. La mia esperienza è stata formidabile, ho effettuato un massaggio Decontratturante,dal giovanissimo massaggiatore Gianpiero, gentile, simpatico e molto professionale, un fiore all’occhiello per questa bellissima struttura… ambiente molto pulito e luminoso e soprattutto il personale, gentilissimo e disponibile. Complimenti e ad Maiora!

Bellissimo hotel gestito quasi interamente da personale del sud a cominciare dal direttore Giovanni Reina disponibile ed onnipresente in questa struttura ti senti protetto e coccolato da ognuno cucina di alta scuola pasticceria top avete anche una navetta sempre disponibile per andare agli impianti sciistici guidata dal sig Felice di nome e di fatto ... insomma consiglio vivamente grazie per la bellissima settimana bianca passata all'hotel Acquaseria
