It's a very nice place but in no way a "4-STAR RESORT" for Honeymooners. The pictures are very deceiving, and I swear some of these reviews were unavailable prior to my booking June 2022. $420/night! This is a residence, not a resort. It feels very sterile and cold. Luckily I was able to get out of the rest of our stay after a few somewhat intense conversations with the staff. Luckily one of the receptionists seemed to understand our issue/disappointment/confusion and spoke to the owner about cancelling the rest of our stay. There is really no nightlife or tourist type shops anywhere. The restaurant in the Marina parking lot was actually very good! Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. We went back to Nice.

I spent 2 weeks at this hotel in conjunction with the 420 World championship regatta. The room was excellent - large, wonderful view of the sea, nice balcony to relax. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of options: fruit, eggs, meat, pastries. The staff was very helpful and always polite. Parking was free and very close by. And the bar area at the beach was nice.

We're paying premium money for a 4-star hotel, just to learn that they only clean the apartment on arrival. If you want extra cleaning, then you pay extra. This is definitely not the service I would expect from a 4-star hotel! If you have any chance of staying at another place, please do so!

I habe been here for 10 days with my family.I tried to have breakfast one morning in on the terrase downstairs and the services were horrible.One waitress with a tattoo on the neck was so rude, she almost crashed the plates on my table, she was having such bad temper, and then, to lunch, she had the same bad attitude, another customers were angry on her and kept complaining.After that, i didn't had breaksfast anymore there and looked to other places to eat, even though it was hard with 2 small kids. At dinner, we ordered and waited for 1h30 for somebody to call on us to pick it up and bring it to the room. And i can continue..Services in the restaurant are the worst i have ever experienced.

Leggendo alcune recensioni un pò così...mi sono reso conto che spesso sono poco indicative e a volte in malafede. Dico questo perchè ho trascorso 4 notti in questo hotel residence ad Aregai marina in modo splendido, camere pulitissime ambiente curatissimo personale attento e molto disponibile colazione ottima c'è di tutto e molto curata. L'hotel si trova in una bellissima posizione un pò defilata ma riservata e tranquilla con un grandissimo e comodissimo parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura e al porto turistico di Aregai marina con annesso un bel bar con tavolini di fronte al mare e alle imbarcazioni. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era una ampia suite con un terrazzo molto grande anche se noi avevamo prenotato una economic.

Io e mia moglie avevamo soggiornato già a settembre 2023 e siccome ci siamo trovati benissimo abbiamo ripetuto di nuovo il soggiorno a maggio 2024, la camera era ampia, spaziosa e pulita, ci hanno assegnato una camera meglio di quella che avevo prenotato io e con vista mare, complimenti alle ragazze della reception, in particolare abbiamo gradito molto il ristorante ogni sera il menù della cena era davvero spettacolare e molto buono congratulazioni al cuoco Renzo, davvero molto bravo nella preparazione delle varie portate, per ultimo che secondo me è molto importante la ragazza capo sala di nome Sana, davvero molto preparata e gentile ha scoperto per caso parlando con mia moglie che il giorno dopo facevo il compleanno e senza dire nulla, mi ha fatto una sorpresa molto gradita ci ha preparato una torta, mi potrei ancora prolungare a scrivere di tutto e di più su questo meraviglioso posto, siete davvero il top, grazie di cuore di tutto, consiglierei questa esperienza positiva a tutti, grazie grazieeee.

Tutto molto bello però il tutto viene annullato dal fatto che ti addebitano degli extra (senza averli consumati) e non ti spiegano il come e il quando. Fatto richiesta più volte al signor Liborio he scrive di essere il responsabile dello staff

Bel hôtel face a la mer très bon petit déjeuner copieux suite superbe très bon accueil port sympathique mais sans grand intérêt un peu loin du centre et de San remo 15 km visite du musée de l olive à imperia sympa grand parking à l intérieur du musée et magasin de vente très agréable ou l on peut goûter les différentes huiles
