Is Cheas Wine Farm Boutique Hotel

A beautiful place in the most quiet and calming location, with nothing to do but switch off and relax. The cottages are well appointed and comfortable and having your own pool is great when you want even more peace and quiet. The five course dinner is the star of the stay, a different meal every night that looks and tastes amazing. The vineyards own wine is the only available but luckily both the red and white we tried were very good, as was the cheeky glass (or two) of rose by the pool in the afternoon. The owners and staff go out of their way to make everything perfect and could not have been more welcoming. A superb couple of days stay in the middle of our tour of Sardinia, highly recommended and would definitely go back

Excellent place to spend a few days relaxing in beautiful surroundings and eating absolutely delicious food. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, and the private pool and garden space was great for a quiet sundowner. Our kids loved the bigger shared pool too. The garden/grounds are beautiful, including the vines (the guided visit was super interesting, and the wines we tasted were great!). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. And did I mention the food…? All super fresh, creative and just amazing! We loved Is Cheas, and would highly recommend.

I wanted to like this place, but…, our welcome was terrible. No attempt at helping with luggage. This is a fancy place and not cheap and for this level of pricing I would expect somebody to help with luggage. Setting up WI-FI was hard. We did get a welcome glass of wine but it was so little. Might have been as well nothing. Very few explanations were given about what to expect. Our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows very nice. The pool was nice but the system to get the pool cover off was flimsy and did not work well. The legs if the contraption to roll the cover off were unsteady. Requires two people to really make it work. The water in the pool however wonderful. The setting of the place us very nice. Architecture interesting and wonderful. Decoration beautiful. The dinner! AMAZING with the owner explaining everything and very friendly. Top!!!! Good delicious and creative. The breakfast!!! Horrible! No explanations offered what you can get or what will be served. Looks like all you can get us sweet rolls and butter and ham and cornflakes. Despite the fact this is labeled American Breskfast. It turns out when you ask you can get eggs and some cold cuts and cheese as is common for a breakfast in Europe. When we left, again no instructions provided how to get out of the gate. How to open it. Had to walk back to resort to get somebody to help. All of this may seem petty, but if I pay 400 and more I expect more.

The Mistrale rather spoilt the relaxing atmosphere of this small but well equipped farm/hotel keeping the pool for the hardy. The food was outstanding, especially the puds and I do mean exceptional,;each meal was spectacular and presented with panache by the friendly staff. The location is quiet and not near any large town but the beaches nearby are sublime. A car is essential.

Our family of four stayed here for three nights. A warm and efficient welcome on arrival. My wife and I stayed in one of the "Pinnettas"(a thatched dwelling), whilst our daughters stayed in the main building. Both rooms were tastefully decorated and we were very happy with them. Whilst the Pinnettas each have their own small swimming / plunge pools, the pool area at the main pool was great and easily accessible from all the accommodation. A sufficient number of sun loungers and adequate shade cover. Is Cheas is well placed for some great beaches - about 30 minutes drive away, depending on which one you were going to, as well as for the interesting town of Bosa, an hour's drive away. So plenty to do within an easy drive of Is Cheas if you want to do more than relax around the pool area. You can order sandwiches etc whilst at the pool. Very well kept gardens, with nice plantings. The owners introduced themselves to us and welcomed us personally. Very impressed that the facilities were dog and child friendly, but without in any way detracting from the enjoyment of the facility by those without dogs or children. Breakfast and dinner was included in the price. We enjoyed the breakfast, simple but satisfying. Dinner was served at20h00. Different fixed menu each night, catering for most tastes. We thought the food was of a very high standard, fantastic and really enjoyed the estate's wine. Our server, Sarah (hopefully spelled correctly) on two of the evenings rendered excellent service, very accommodating and all with a great sense of humor. She recommended one of the cooking classes where we could learn the techniques to make one of the pastas we were being served. My wife and daughters took up the suggestion and loved the one hour personalized class. We were sad to leave. A very professionally well run facility and a great place to stay. We were very impressed.

I am many months late writing this review, but feel I should share our experience. Is Cheas has some of the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Staying just one night on our drive around Sardinia, the service and sense of welcome we experienced from the staff was excellent. The meal they prepared was really tasty and all sustainably local or from their own grounds. My girlfriend was unfortunately not feeling well, and after leaving dinner the staff delivered her a tray of assorted teas to our room to help her feel better, and even asked how she was feeling the next morning. In addition to the wonderful staff, the grounds are just as enjoyable. A quiet and remote setting made the pool a great place to relax. If you are thinking of staying at Is Cheas I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Posto ideale per staccare la spina una location che dona pace e tranquillità immerso in una macchia mediterranea offre ai suoi ospiti ottimo cibo a km o , le camere con la loro piscina privata sono arredate con molta cura e particolarissime nella forma, ottima anche la cantina di vini cosa aggiungere... non vedo l'ora di tornarci

Tutto perfetto, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura ben tenuta e accogliente, camera spaziosa e pulita, piscina privata perfetta con acqua calda. Il ristorante è meraviglioso, piccolo, intimo con il personale sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Lo chef merita un applauso e un ringraziamento per averci preparato delle cene deliziose, grazie. Un grazie anche a tutto il personale sempre perfetto. Consigliatissimo

Week end di relax all'insegna del buon vino e del buon cibo. Un resort in mezzo ai vigneti ed alla natura, tranquillo, silenzioso e chic. La struttura è splendida, anche meglio di come la si vede in foto. Hanno anche alcune stanze "tipiche" (i pinneti) dove poter avere maggiore privacy con piscina privata. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale, sempre sorridenti e pronti a tutte le nostre richieste. Bellissima anche l'idea della cucina a vista, che ci ha permesso di vedere gli chef all'opera, oltre a deliziare i nostri palati. Ottimi vini, ovviamente, ce ne siamo portati un po a casa.
