The residence location is good, helpful to reach various beaches of the Sardinian sea. The accomodation was not good: on one hand the apartment was large and clean, but the disservice of the W.C. was a serious issue. We complained and asked assistance: the assistant told us just to push the button stronger (!). This was not helpful at all. But the worst issue was the impossibility of sleeping at night! The resort entertainment stopped at midnight; then, the neighbours started making noise, speaking loudly, every night until 2.00 am. They dragged furniture all the time. We protested but nothing changed. A real nightmare, made by very unpolite and rude people. We enjoyed the Sardinian sea, not this accomodation. Thank you.

The swimming pool wasn’t open for the whole week, there are no facilities, so no bar or food shop. No beach towels. Beach is very close, walking distance and it’s beautiful. Apartment (ground level 2 bed villa) was clean, had comfy bed. Second bedroom was very tight but fitted 2 singles joined together and had a wardrobe. Normally a bunk bedroom we thought. Units in kitchen and bathroom a bit tired but worked very well. No kettle! Easy, flat walk into town with plenty of eating and drinking options. Ferries to La Maddalena Archipelago go from Palau and was definitely worth the trip - absolutely stunning. Eat at Zi Anto in La Maddalena - delicious food, wonderful staff and the most idyllic view.

2 bed apartment was basic but adequate for our needs, the view from the balcony was amazing! The complex was very clean with pool (swim APS required) a beach garden and beach. We were given bands to wear in our wrists on checkin, apparently to prove to staff we were allowed to use the facilities. We removed them after a couple of days as they looked rather cheap and were never challenged. Plenty of loo rolls & shampoo, a blessing as I’d forgotten ours. No WI-FI in the common area’s in the Residence (pool/bar garden) only in Hotel Posatta across the road! This and that checkin is at the hotel reception needs to be made clear. The apartments are a short walk into the harbour & town with plenty of restaurants, our favourites being Aglio&Oglio for food and IL Grillo for live music. Bus station and ferry also with 10 mins walk.

Check process was awful - both finding location, lack of reservation, and what looked to be a manual process. Resort has been taken over by another company, however they operate arms length. Resort was not up to standards and we left after one night, finding other accommodations and incurring additional expense.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Big airy rooms (building E). Clean environment. Super convenient to downtown, marina, bus/ferry station, little beaches (plus one for dogs) and small fishes in the water, a pretty conservation forest of pine, a church with a bell that chimes the hour. No Wifi, but strong cell signal. Some services such as breakfast and laundry might be provided at the nearby Posada Hotel, owned by the same company.

Absolutely horrible. Apartment different from what shown in the pictures. A/C only in one bedroom and the rest of the apartment and other room with no A/C. We had to slumber in the bottom floor, to get some of the cool air. Sofa bed with no sheets. Very few electrical outlets, very old construction. Only high point the bathrooms. I do NOT recommend.

Oud kapot meubilair, zwarte schimmel en stank in badkamer, één ronkende airco op slaapkamer (woonkamer en boven bloedheet) matrassen met voelbare springveren, gaten en diepe kuilen. Uitchecken en geld voor rest verblijf terug onmogelijk.

Un consiglio se mai pernotterete in questa struttura, andate a fare direttamente il check-in all’Hotel Posada, che si trova di fronte all’ingresso del Residence Capo d’Orso. Di questo noi ne siamo venuti a conoscenza solo dopo aver telefonato alla reception, dopo non averla trovata e aver fatto il giro dell’intero Villaggio per cercarla, siccome nessuno ci aveva informato e ricontrollando l’e-mail di conferma della prenotazione, non abbiamo trovato nessun appunto in merito. Due note positive vanno a favore del personale della reception che durante il nostro soggiorno sono sempre stati molto gentili e disponibili e si sono scusati per questo inconveniente iniziale e la posizione del Villaggio. Gli appartamenti non sono insonorizzati, quindi purtroppo si sente QUALSIASI rumore esterno o proveniente da altri appartamenti e questo, soprattutto la notte, crea un grosso disagio perché si fa fatica a prendere sonno. NON c’è il Wi-Fi! Io mi chiedo, com’è possibile che nel 2024 non sia disponibile una rete Internet in una struttura alberghiera a 4 stelle? Nonostante gli spazi siano abbastanza ampi, gli arredamenti sono datati o addirittura rotti/danneggiati. Faccio un elenco: - la porta d’ingresso avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di Svitol, siccome emette un rumore parecchio fastidioso quando la si apre/chiude - in una camera, il letto è in realtà una brandina sfondata e super scomoda, le lampadine sia a soffitto e sia della bajour non funzionano, quindi non c’è luce quando viene buio ed un muro è scrostato (allego foto) - in bagno c’è calcare ovunque, mentre lo sciacquone bisogna tirarlo 3/4 volte perché mandi giù qualcosa e la porta della doccia non si chiude bene perché è rotta (allego foto) - la televisione non funziona - non ci sono zanzariere, quindi se si lascia la finestra spalancata anche per solo 5 minuti, ci si ritrovano una marea di zanzare all’interno. Consiglio: aggiungerei delle zanzariere o farei fare una disinfestazione Sulla cucina non posso dire nulla, siccome non l’abbiamo mai utilizzata. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia dell’appartamento invece, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sia dei capelli all’interno di un’armadio e sia nel pavimento della doccia, mentre sopra agli armadi c’era parecchia polvere (allego foto). In più siamo rimasti due giorni senza la carta igienica in bagno, lo abbiamo fatto presente ad una delle donne delle pulizie e purtroppo nessuno ci ha fornito dei rotoli nuovi. Sempre dentro al Villaggio, nella strada per andare sia verso la spiaggia e sia al porto di Palau, ci sono sacchi pieni di spazzatura o altri oggetti e sembra una discarica abusiva (allego foto). Il servizio della colazione a buffet viene servita nel ristorante dell’Hotel Posada e NON è affatto una colazione che rispecchia una struttura a 4 stelle! Le brioches sono secche e sembra che siano lasciate lì da giorni, mentre per quanto riguarda torte o altri dolci, hanno un sapore di surgelato e sintetico che li rendono immangiab

Appartamento praticamente sulla spiaggia accanto a una bella pineta in zona tranquilla di Palau ma che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Appartamento grande, unica pecca importante il box doccia molto piccolo pur avendo un bagno grande e carenza di tovaglia e presine in cucina
