Private: large garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access (300 m via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bar 4.5 km. This house is one of the most stunning expierences you can get at Lake Como. The view is even more beautiful then the pictures show. The house itself is cosy and has a nice property around it. There is a small vegetable garden that we were allowed to get
