wonderful position, close to everything but far from the noise and the smell of the street. comfortable and warm rooms and nice spa. the kindness and sweetness of the owners make everything easy and smiling. the dinner is high quality and refined.

Super friendly and great kitchen. Great area for skiing and mountain walking. Highlights are choosing your dinner at breakfast time so you can look forward to it all day. Spacious rooms, wellness and stunning views, for a very reasonable price.

The best stay we had on our European trip. Family run hotel by old family from the village. Great views from our comfortable room. Food was incredible, first class. Our server was excellent, translated the menus into English each night. Really felt part of Europe with mainly Italian guests and some German tourists. Most were day hikers. The hotel is up on a hillside above town, a country roads for a stroll. Iva Di Fassa was only 5 min away by car.

Amazing experience in a family ran hotel. The family members are very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was fresh with fresh towels everday, I loved the wellness area and Marcello makes it more friendly. Our stay was great especially having so much caring. Thank you gran mugon team, we will be back

Abbiamo pernottato quattro giorni in relax ,in questo Hotel a conduzione familiare, accogliente, pulito, proprietari cordiali e disponibili.Vorrei fare un particolare complimento alla ristorazione stellata : eccellente ! Spero di ritornare.

eccellente posizione nel cuore delle dolomiti: fuori dal rumore e dall'inquinamento del traffico ma vicina a tutte le destinazioni più belle. le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. i proprietari sono gentili, sorridenti e sempre disponibili. la cucina è di grandissima qualità.

Non torno mai in un posto che non mi soddisfa, ma è altrettanto vero che non mi piace stare sempre nello stesso posto. Il Gran Mugon è un eccezione, addirittura questo è il decimo anno consecutivo che ci faccio almeno 2 vacanze l'anno. Non posso lasciare un posto che mi assicura pulizia e igiene, buon cibo da un cuoco, Stefano, stellato, con ottime e abbondanti colazioni e cene, con pane e marmellate fatte in casa, le famose grappe di Eugenio, consigli da esperti escursionisti e maestri di sci, tra cui Stefano e Katia, gentilezza e cordialità, ed ora direi anche amicizia, il piccolo ma splendido centro benessere, gestito ad hoc da Marcello ed infine la posizione dell'Hotel, posto tranquillo dove regna pace e tranquillità. Perchè lasciare un posto così' Sarei pazzo. Ho apprezzato il fatto che ogni anno si migliorano in ogni aspetto, investenndo, appunto, sul miglioramento dell'Hotel. Il rapporto qualità prezzo credo sia imbattibile. Grazie a tutti ragazzi, spero di venire ancora per i prossimi 10 anni.

Das Resort liegt etwas abseits der Hauptverkehrsstrasse von Bozen Richtung Karersee , im OT Tamion, dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Die gesamte Familie war im Einsatz und perfekt in allen Belangen. Unser Zimmer war bescheiden eingerichtet mit einem feinem Südbalkon. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut. Lag es an den Touren oder an dem sehr gutem Menü des Hauses. Immerhin 1 Michelin * sorgte dafür, daß das Auge auch mit aß. Eine großzügige Saunalanschaft mit Whirlpool im Feien. Danach Relaxen ,ob bei Sonneschein oder untern Sternenhimmel, Entspannung pur.

Ho pernottato tre giorni , cosa dire , tutto ottimo , dalla colazione con varia scelta tra dolce e salato e la cena , con ricco buffet di contorni e pizze tutte le sere . Proprietari cordiali e simpatici , dopo avere guidato la moto per i passi dolomitici, al rientro in albergo dalle 17,00 , la SPA che mi rilassava molto , accompagnata da una buona tisana e frutta disidratata. Lo consiglio , ci ritornerò .
