Breakfast is very rich, can not be extra bed, depending on the type of apartment you book, suitable for children, the hotel location is very good and quiet, the key is that the hotel's own meal is delicious, tender beef with tuna sauce left me Impressed, it is one of the best beef to eat in Europe, very distinctive. Very suitable for a family weekend holiday, do not come this summer, the Italians themselves have to vacation, the hotel is full, spring and autumn are best, cheap and good, not far from the children's playground and the lake, drive to see at night The sunset is beautiful. The swimming pool is large, especially indoors, giving you the feeling of returning to the Roman era, the sauna fitness bar is also available, and is also suitable for weddings and ceremonies. Very good experience the thermal park is beautiful set in woodland the park is excellent the thermal lake are out of this world and the cave is an experience to savoy They have a glass house which is the cafe with takeaway food or sit down beautiful place place to eat service just has good My wife had a treatment at the wellness center she said it was top class The only problem I had was find the car park it's not near to the park its not dar but it was difficult to find you pay on the way out 5 euros for the day It's 5 euros for the sun beds take flip flops all in all a great experience give it a try

I would put more stars, if I could. Found this place after had terrible service at Rigoletto, no one was there to open door for me, so i had to find another place on the spot. For few do llars more, I got service that worth much more that they charge. Milano hotel and spa right away made me feel like at home. From the moment i walked in to the moment i was relaxing in rooftop jacuzzi, with amazing view to Arena , took exactly 25 min. I got room with view to Arena, even without asking. Breakfast was served like at high class restaurant, with huge variety of choices from the menu. Everything carefully chosen, for the clients comfort . Stuff very very polite and friendly, especially Cristina and Gavriel. There is much more to say, but it's better one time to try yourself. This place is simply cares! Thank you guys for making my stay at your place so special, cannot wait to come back!

We did booked a room for 4 nights with City view. Got a room with Bamboo view - first floor above garage exit behind a hedge of Bamboor at 3 meters away from the balcony. Reclamation at the reception l earned thet first there were no rooms with city view, secondly it was our own mistake and shouild not book via Bookit. Than I left.... At checking out, the concept invoice was not correct. We have been here several times before Covid. Not sure if we will return
