Staying here was one of the best decisions we made on a 16 day trip through New England. Our host, Greg, was warm and welcoming and offered wonderful suggestions for food and drink in the area. The Inn is close to everything we wanted to see--we walked everywhere. Guests fill out a breakfast order each day for the following morning--you can build your own breakfast sandwich (choice of bread, meat or substitute, and cheese. I highly recommend the brioche!) Everything we tried was delicious. We stayed in the Herring Cove room. It's small, but had everything we needed and more. Our room and the common areas were immaculately maintained and homey. Plus, we had our own separate entrance and private outdoor area. P'town stole our hearts, and The White Porch Inn perfectly represented the area's friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We hope to return someday soon. If you're driving, be sure to reserve parking well in advance.

A warm welcome and a team of incredibly friendly and charming staff. The Inn is clean, delightfully decorated and comfortable. We had a peaceful nights sleep but the room was small and not much room to move around in - we stayed in The Three Sisters Room. The en-suite was small too, the shower cubicle in particular was really tight. What made this more challenging was the fact that the shower head could not be adapted to direct the water downwards so it was hard to move to get a good overall spray of water. No hose and head available in cubicle. The air conditioning was superb and the internal temperature always comfortable. The staff were all really pleasant and helped make us feel super welcome, especially at happy hour on the porch each day at 5pm. We wish there was a home prepared or cooked breakfast offering, we really disliked the continental bagged breakfast they served - we’re not used to this and the take-away style of breakfast there. We would recommend this place - a proper breakfast and more space would help meet expectations based on the price paid.

The White Porch Inn is a magical place in a beautiful location - walking distance from the beach, cafes, restaurants, and great shops. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by the property owner (Tom) and by the manager Greg and all the team. The Inn feels like a home away from home. In addition to a well appointed, sun-lit filled room, you have access to a communal dining room, lounge and kitchen. All the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful in providing tips on everything from where to hire bikes, where to eat and catch a show. One of the highlights of our stay was the drinks on the porch each night - it provided a chance to relax and speak to other guests from across the US and overseas. Provincetown in the summer is an incredible place to visit - made even more special by the warm hospitality experienced at the White Porch Inn. Thanks to Tom and all the team. We can’t wait to come back

Love white porch inn. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a happy hour on the porch with some beautiful wines and we always meet such interesting people from all over the country. So much better than an impersonal hotel experience.

Awesome. Stayed here last June and had to return this June. The B B is well run and cared for. The three owners are very personable. The breakfast is great. Delivered to your door at time specified. Parking. Plan ahead. Only 2 spaces available for rental of guests. Walkable to Commerce Street about one block.

Beautifully restored and decorated. Charming yet contemporary. Lots of art. Excellent communication and welcoming hosts. We were arriving late and Tom secured a parking space for us across the street for the night. Great suggestions for dining. Flexible and quality breakfast options. Perfect quiet location, you can walk everywhere in town. Definitely take time to enjoy the front porch with some wine that is available. It was our first time back to Provincetown in 50 years and staying at The White Porch made it extra special. Thank you Tom and Felipe.

I came for the Provincetown Film Festival. I was greeted on the porch after a long day of travel with big smiles from the owner during their famous “Wine Hour.” This is my third time staying at The White Porch Inn. It is a true gem of this darling town. The air conditioning is heaven during the summer months, the rooms are clean, staff is friendly and efficient, and it’s steps away from commercial street. I will definitely be back.

What a wonderful, beautifully decorated and maintained Inn. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the lovely Greg! The welcome drinks and nibbles on the front porch with the owners, guests and friends is a lovely touch, makes you feel your staying at a friends house. Perfect location for P Town. Superb yummy breakfast each morning brought to you room. If your going to stay in P Town....stay here, your love it! Thank you all so much, we look forward to coming again. Stuart and Becky
