Tuvo corte de agua y energía eléctrica y no hubo equipo de respaldo. Al no haber energía eléctrica no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y era insoportable el calor dentro de las habitaciones, al día siguiente tampoco hubo agua y no se nos ofreció ninguna solución. El corte de energía solo fue en el hotel. Al no haber agua no cumplieron con dar el desayuno completo. El jacuzzi no estaba limpio y las dos veces que lo intenté usar salía agua verde. No cumplieron con colocar jabón y shampoo todos los días.
