No basic amenities like kettle. But location was good for food, bank and supermarket.

I use to stay in this hotel whenever I come business trip. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room very comfortable, the bed is comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable . Most important is my stay is comfortable and I kind a familiar with surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming too.

We killed 3 cockroaches in the room and 1 killed in our bag when we emptied the bag from the stay. Air cond is not cold even when we set it to 16°C. Towels were given in different colours and the same goes for the cups for drinking they are different sizes in one big and one small. No dental kit was given. No free bottled water.
Good thing is nearby food is convenient, it is within walking distance.

Overall everything was find..only the room didn't provide iron. Iron have to to ground floor and no toiletries provide

Very noisy, at night always disturbing by the sound of door closing by the other guests.The bedding is okay, the room is small not like the pictures shown.i just stay one night even I have book for two night coz can't sleep well due the noisy surrounding.
