房間很乾凈，衞生。每天打掃的也很乾凈。旁邊就是沃爾瑪買東西吃飯都很方便。就是第二天就不給水了，會比較渴。晚上如果開空調的話噪音比較大。

Easy check in process. Very friendly staff. Good location. Very small room but clean and good shower. Wifi worked well on the 7th floor. Free parking. Decent value, just doesn't have any distinguishing character whatsoever. Good for one night.

Had a great stay at One Puebla Serdan. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also good.

Hotel was very nice and very organized and clean, feels like it is very new. Good breakfast and big TV, and good AC.

Th hotel is good, very basic, in your room you will find only the bed(s), a TV, a large table that is also a mini mini closet and the bathroom. Is good to spend no more than 2 night there.
My bed was not very confortable also the pillows.
I observed the cleaning personal changed everyday the towels, could be a good recommendation to let the guest decide if they want a new one everyday also to be more environmental friendly. Same thing with the breakfast the cups for coffee were disposable, when the other dishes were not.

Excelente trato por parte del personal que atiende, excelente precio que la app nos ofreció ya que incluye desayuno.
Muy buena ubicacion.
Lo recomiendo mucho.

En general me gustan mucho los hoteles One por el beneficio-precio que ofrecen.
El único detalle es que nos tocaron unos vecinos de habitaciones que las dos noches entraban y saliendo haciendo mucho ruido y muy misteriosos que llegaron a hacernos sentir inseguridad
