Excellent service & amicable staff
Great breakfast buffet
Somewhat old infrastructure & rooms (yet fairly quiet for a good night sleep)
Not much around the hotel at walking distance
Just a 15 min drive from main attractions

The hotel is AMAZING. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A quick drive to the city center. The pool was perfect after a day of exploring Puebla. Would definitely stay again if in Puebla.

We always stay at this hotel when traveling with our dogs — this is our 5th time! Very friendly staff, the rooms allocated for dogs are on the main floor, near the dog run and have a patio at the back of the spacious bedroom

Breakfast buffet was horrible. Long wait time and hardly any food choices. No fridge in rooms.

Hotel is in decent condition but getting a bit dated. Rooms face inside courtyard that is open to the outside. AC in rooms is very old and tough to operate. Feels like it needed an update 10 years ago.
