This hotel is lovely if you know to expect only a 2 star hotel. The staff are amazing. The food is lovely, very repetitive but plentiful and tastes good. The rooms are very dated but clean, some of the balconies are extremely small. One major downfall is the non extinct air conditioning, which is very much needed throughout the hotel, you can hire a fan for €7.99 a day, but it doesn't help much. The dining room staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating to everyone, they don't stop. The cleaners are so considerate they are constantly on the go. One member of staff that has really made a difference to our holiday was receptionist Fermin he is absolutely amazing. Just gutted about air conditioning, if this was solved we would love to come back. It is out of the way of shops and restaurants, but a local taxi is only 6 euros each way, or a 20 minute walk down, then recommended taxi back up, has extremely steep hills. We have just returned from this hotel and I would say we were very disappointed. Firstly the room were very small with no air conditioning. Secondly there is no mention that the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill ,anyone with walking difficulties would never make it up this hill. It is stated that the hotel is close to bars, restaurants and the beach we had to spend on average £14 a day in taxi to gain access to these facilities.

The rooms are very small with no a/c and there can be a lot of noise from the residents at the side of the hotel early morning. On the plus side the hotel is clean and the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and hey especially the he reception guy Firmin. Be warned the hotel is on top of hill, however a taxi from the beach area is around £5. Overall a good stay in which I would book this hotel again.

Visited 18th March and had quite low expectations due to a disappointing holiday at a similar star hotel in Turkey. Although it was a look little tricky to find after leaving the transfer bus but once we were in, the receptionist was very helpful and arrived whilst dinner was still available. Room: Small but very clean and comfortable beds. Everything worked with a decent sized tv too. Facilities: All of the sun loungers looked brand new and the pool was clean and clean poolside loos. Food: For the price we have no complaints with the breakfast and dinner on offer. The bar was a little bit hot and miss but no issue really. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Location: A good 20 mins steep walk to and from the town but we found a local bus route just behind the hotel for a couple of euro on the centre of puerto. Summary: For a 2 star hotel this is excellent. Expected a lot less than we received and very happy with it.

Had a small tiny room tbh when approaching our room the door was so thin we thought it was a cleaning cupboard with no balcony…food was good we couldn’t complain… 25 minutes walk from the town centre.. reception could never get us a taxi so we were left to walk it very steep hills

Stayed here last week, this hotel is not in the centre but there is a local bus service which can be accessed through the back door for which you have to press buttons which made me feel secure. I was on the third floor where there is a lounge and a swimming pool outside, the weather was not great and indeed the hotel busy. There are only 3 rooms on 3rd floor and it could be noisy when people use it to congregate as there is no bar/lounge area with their own drinks, I did complain on one occasion and it was dealt with swiftly. The staff were very helpful and the choice at breakfast good. For 2 star hotel it was more than adequate for those on a budget.

Hotel was lovely and clean, pool area also, with a very helpful lifeguard on duty throughout. We arrived late at night and needed directions from other residents to locate the main reception, as we had entered through the back door. The guy on reception was extremely helpful and polite, Firremee I think his name was, and sorted us out with bottles of water for the night, which we obviously paid for. Rooms, beds and bedding, were immaculately clean, although the bathroom needed updating. Fresh towels were provided daily with standard room service. Food was a good buffet selection, with something for everyone, ranging from a selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, beans, cold meats and cheese. Along with a selection of croissants, bread, rolls and pastries. Evening meal was similar, soup, good selection of everything, pasta, rice, potatoes, meat, fish and salad and plenty available, with a selection of desserts to follow. The dining area was also immaculately clean and the staff extremely helpful and polite. Everyone on reception was really lovely and we can't fault our stay. Just be aware that it's all downhill to the beach, town area, but only about £5 max to get a taxi back up to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic! Only people expecting to much could possibly complain, its a 2 star hotel with amazing staff who are really friendly, really helpful, the food is amazing!! Overall clean, fairly quite and respectable servise from all. Deffo will come back, absolutely bang for your buck!! Its not 5 star so don't expect it. Thanks again, until next time
