Hotel dobry jako baza wypadowa. Raczej nie do spędzania w nim czasu. Położony w centrum Puerto De La Cruz, blisko głównych atrakcji miasta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna i ona stanowi największy plus hotelu.

Es un hotel que más bien es un hostal ni la cama esta bien ya que se saltan los muelles tienen termitas en los muebles y el sonido de la vasija en toda la planta no te deja dormir. Y en una de las habitaciones no pudimos dormir a causa del mal olor.

Colchones muy antiguos e incómodos, nada de elementos básicos para fregar la losa, nevera que pierde agua. El edificio es antiguo, pero no es ese el problema, sino la dejadez en invertir en los elementos básicos para sentirse cómodo en la habitación. El televisor es absolutamente obsoleto y tampoco funcionaba.

The hotel looks lovely from outside,its ashame it all went down hill from then..I would definitely not stay there again,location was the best part of holiday,advice dont hire car no where to park it,and if you find street parking it miles away from hotel

Friendly stuff but the hotel is very old-fashioned. Could be cleaner, especially the bathroom. There was fungus, a hair wound on a chain (on a plug to close the water drain). The electric stove takes a long time to heat up, we had to wait 30 minutes to boil half a pot of water. The thin window through which you can hear everything from the street as if there was no window at all.

a good hotel for the money, considering its location 7 minutes to the beach, near the bus station and supermarket. I don’t understand those who write that the hotel is old, the furniture is old. You paid for three stars, but you demand the comfort of five stars. The main thing is that all appliances, furniture, and plumbing in the room are in working order. A huge bonus is its own mini kitchen. There are many restaurants around. The staff is friendly and responsive, they will always help solve your questions.

The worst thing was that smoke smell that was on everything, from the wooden surfaces to the blankets. Old furniture, doesn’t really allow to be cleaned properly. Impossible to use the kitchen, too old and dirty. Wouldn’t have gone there if I knew, for any price!

Really enjoyed our month stay at Apar**ents Florida Plaza in Puerto de la Cruz Tenerife. Wonderful & helpful staff. Housekeeping work tirelessly to have your room fresh everyday. This is our 3rd trip to Florida Plaza & we'll be back soon. 5 stars all the way.Thank you for making our 30th anniversary memorable.

great puerto de la cruz location, walking distance to almost everything right in the heart of town, excellent and efficient service, wonderful rooftop pool offering guests both sweeping views and welcome peace and quiet, highly recommend
