Chambre 4ème étage, vu sur le teide, un peut bruyant ce côté, hôtel mal isolé, double chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner énormément de choix , pour le dîner satisfaisant, les employés sont très sympathiques.

I went to this hotel in March with me and my boys. The worst experience I’ve ever this hotel is up on top of a cliff you don’t get any sun. The only thing you get is clouds and rain very bad atmosphere. Definitely not the place for kids or yourself unless you want to come here to do some hiking except from that I definitely would not visit again so bad I had to go hire a car Food was the only good thing about it and the staff please do not come to this hotel. It is nothing but a waste of money.

Unglaubliches schönes Hotel, von der Lage, Das Personal ist super, Ausstattung sehr schön. Hier das Personal ob an der Rezeption, Bar, Reinigungsservice. Egal was man hat, Sie machen wirklich alles was möglich ist, für die Kunden. Das Hotel ist von der Lage im Norden sehr gut gelegen. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut Ausflüge machen, Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen eigen Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr geräumig und besonders die Meerblick Zimmer sind hervorzuheben. Man hat einen tollen Ausblickt zum Meer, und über das Orotawa Tal. Echt Genial. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder in das Hotel.

Hemos estado siete personas la primera semana de mayo y tengo que decir que venimos encantados. Las habitaciones de lujo, las piscinas, la zona de ocio, todo una maravilla. Y debo destacar la atención de los trabajadores. Todos estupendos sobre todo Jonay en la recepción (este señor es un diez en servicial y amabilidad) y tb tengo que destacar a Shirley, Antonio Bello y Toño en el servicio de restauración. Gracias a personas como ellos los viajes se hacen más memorables. Mil gracias por todo desde Málaga 😊

Hoy cenamos en el Restaurante Bistro, el lugar es maravilloso, la atencion del personal, Alberto, Rayco y Ulises fue espectacular, no dudaremos en recomendarlo asi como elegir nuevamente este sitio para disfrutar de una excelente cena italiana.

Hemos ido a cenar al Restaurante Bistro, el sitio encantador con unas vistas hacia el Puerto de la Cruz maravillosas. Los entrantes buenísimos, así como los principales y los postres. Destacar el servicio del camarero Alberto, siempre muy atento, nos explicó muy bien los platos y sus recomendaciones fueron excelentes. Restaurante 100 x 100 recomendable, tanto por el Servicio, como por la acogida, la música ambiente, el atendimiento y la distribución de las mesas y el personal. Sin dudarlo, repetiremos

Estuvo genial. Todo el mundo muy atento y profesional. Grandes instalaciones y unas vistas increibles. Cabe destacar a Alberto, camarero profesionalísimo y encantador del restaurante bistro akila. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. 100%recomendables.
