It's a great location and a nice property, but the suite we stayed aleft a lot to be desired. The air conditioning downstairs worked well, but the upstairs (where the bedroom is) never cooled off. The bathroom downstairs didn't have a door that shut but rather a swinging saloon door - meaning anyone downstairs can see/hear anything you're doing. Lastly, we found it strange that they came to your place about 15 minutes before check-out to remind you that you need to leave in 15 minutes. I don't know if they have had issues with people oversleeping, but it felt unnecessary. We would consider the property again, but not a suite.

Wonderful place if you are looking for peace and quiet. There were several families with small children that were having a blast. It's really close to the beach and to the restaurants in town. I travel by myself and felt very safe. I'm really glad I chose to stay here and plan to go back next year!

Amazing place and staff who really make you feel like family. Daily yoga and aquafit classes. Spa treatments are available. Easy walk to the beach and a pleasant stroll down to the shops and restaurants. Half a block to grocery, fruit and veg and bakeries. Most casas have a full kitchen; full fridge, stove and utensils. Don't miss the whale and dolphin tour. Thanks to Willets and all the staff.

Good stay, very well located in La Punta just couple of blocks from the beach and from the bars and restaurants street (bars and restaurants close at 11-12 in that area). Hotel is very safe and calm, pool is good, not crowded. You can park your car inside the building is a small parking area just 3 or 4 cars may fit but it is very convenient. Restaurant is good, and they offer coffee for free. They also offer yoga clases as part of their service. Furniture and AC require to be upgraded, but you will have a good stay.

We had the best stay at Casamar Suites. The property has beautiful details and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. We felt so at home and thoroughly enjoyed the community dinner and social on Thursday evening. The location is perfect - a 2 minute walk from the beach, close to the main road to catch a collectivo, close to the main ***** of restaurants and shops in La Punta, and lots of taxis pass by. We will be back for sure!

A wonderful atmosphere for your soul. The people are immediate friends upon meeting. Two weeks of yoga, massages, water gym, great meals, and experiencing the local flavors were unforgettable. Will is the kindest and most supporting of hosts. You will leave your new extended family only to plan your return.

We spent 6 nights at this resort and in the end really found it just average Overall the rooms were very dingy….grayish sheets, dirty tile in the bathroom, walls had dirty marks on them. The couch in the living area was unsuitable to sit on. We did have a nice balcony were we spent all our time. We did have air conditioning but not in the bedroom which was strange….they did provide large fans… The location however was fabulous! Just minutes to the beach and great restaurants right around the corner. They even had beach chairs for us to borrow which was awesome! The daily yoga was free….loved that! The pool and surrounding gardens were well kept. The staff was very friendly and overall we were just very disappointed with our room.

Beautiful gardens and pool area but the furniture is old and needs upgrading. Restaurant food was very good. Staff was very helpful. The suites really need help. Ours had a steady stream of ants throughout making cooking in the limited kitchen feel unsanitary. On 3 occasions birds miraculously got into our unit. The AC unit was totally undersized and couldn't keep up and did not cool the unit which would have been unbearably hot without the floor fan. The bed was a double so quite small. There was no other furniture to sit on other than 4 card table folding chairs that offered no comfort. Generally speaking the entire complex needs upgrading .

great spot, lovely staff, right at the beginning of la punta and walkable to everywhere in that area. great pool, they provide filtered water and ac. free yoga classes are a nice touch. will be coming back!
