Room without air, divided and uncomfortable beds, the food the same, there was nothing different, the service not very attentive. I would not go back.

Dirty dusty smell real bad dirty curtain dirty bathroom and entore room the pain was falling from the wall and ceiling roaches on the buffet and rooms. Staff was nasty specially the lady call Evelyn guest services

This was the absolute worst resort I have ever been to. They don’t differentiate that there are three separate sides to the property. Playabachata 1 and 2 and senator hotel. They left you book under one name; then they overbook and shove you in the furthest most outdated rooms. The rooms were old, dirty. The water in the bathtub would come out yellow. the rooms smelled sooo bad like mold and sewage and there were certain areas of the property with the same smell. There were roaches crawling in the buffet area. The curtains in the room were filthy**** and everything was dusty*****. The staff were liars* I dealt with the manager and she would conveniently disappear when there was an issue and “VIP services” would make fictitious reservations at restaurants and then when you get to the restaurant you would get turned away. The listing on ******* is very misleading it’s basically false advertisement, they show rooms from the more updated resort and then shove you in a hell hole. So terrible. The food was mediocre, but the service was the absolute worst let down. I came with a group of 11 people and we basically were out of the resort the entire days because it was unbearable. Do not come here! Everything is dirty and you will not enjoy your stay!!!!!!! I need a full refund for this stay! It was terrible!!!!!!

Everything went well! It’s just that had to spend two hours in the lobby waiting for our check in. It was supposed to be at 3:pm. Tired the first day and wanted to rest asap. Other than that. Everything went really well. Great view of the ocean and surrounded areas, Friendly staff and the food was delicious.

The times we were there..which has been 6/7 times throughout 15 years..back then it was amazing!! Now, you cannot get a beach chair anywhere!! Pool or ocean..and if you do it's broken.. We couldn't enjoy our stay as much as we would've liked..Our view was amazing, but the rooms are outdated and need a refresher..

Bad service. Staff is very lazy and refused to give clean towels. No internet rooms full of mosquitoes

PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!! The rooms are dirty, the buffet don’t have anything good to eat, the staff are the worst, they don’t have enough pool towels and you can’t even charge your phone in the room because the outlet doesn’t work without an adapter. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO THERE.

The only nice thing was the food and Ramon the waiter he was kind and attentive always with a smile, as opposed to the reception staff they were rude and not helpful at all, we were not provided with any sort of information of the resort and the phone in our room was not working so every time we needed something we had to go back to the front desk and every time the same answer nothing we can do come back in 5 or 20 minutes, every time we need towels from the swimming pool area they were out
