Food service was good but they had no butter for the last 3 days of my stay. No one will refill food trays until you ask

My flight was changed on my last day and I needed to get to the airport earlier, which I already booked and paid for through Turissmo. When I checked out and explained the situation to the front desk she told me I would have to take a cab since my shuttle was booked for later in the morning. On top of the round trip shuttle that i paid $80 for, I had to pay another $50! The front desk person also kept telling me my checkout was for a different day than was listed on my itinerary, even after I showed her my itinerary 3 times. She also promised me an umbrella be sent to my room twice, which I never received. The better restaurants there require a reservation, which I was never made aware of either. More information needs to be given to new guests checking in. I won’t ever visit again. Very disappointed.

The resort was located in a stunning location surrounded by lush greenery and pristine blue waters. It offered a tranquil and peaceful a**osphere, perfect for a relaxing vacation.
One of the main highlights of the resort was its beautiful and clean beach. The soft white sand and crystal clear water made it ideal for swimming,

Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. During my stay the bathtub was clogged, I reported it and they never fixed it. There is no order in the food area, many rude people who did not want to wait in line and simply served themselves. The plates and glasses were very poorly washed and had a bad smell, I had to bring disposable glasses to be able to drink something. You order soft drinks or juices but they arrive late or are never brought to you. In the pool area someone defecated and it took more than 45 minutes to clean, they decided to put a chair instead.

The staff were great! Super friendly and accommodating. The rooms and grounds were immaculately clean. My only complaints were no hot water, no towels and not much to do after dinner. I also don’t recall seeing a lifeguard the entire time I was there - at the pool or on the beach. I’d recommend Senator to someone new to resorts.

The property is decent, most of the staff was very unfriendly, FOOD WAS A DEATH SENTENCE, disgusting is a understatement, restaurants was always booked , no availability for all guest drinks was watered down beach was horrible no Ac in my room for 6 days no house keeping for 2 days straight be prepared to be scam into a free vacation , just buy time share we had to walk in the rain no complementary shuttles room had a moldy smell , entertainment horrible no activities this place is a ghost town after 7 pm most of the female bartenders attitude sucks, complained about the AC and they did nothing about it room service is $20 Definitely not all inclusive pool is dirty had cups every where pool lounger were broken buffet food is BEYOND GROSS . BOOK AT YOUR OWN RICKS .

The resort is pretty however, there is clearly opportunity in management systems as I see nearly every review complaining about phones not working, no towels and terrible drinks and none of these issues have been corrected!

Definitely run down. The AC is set so you can’t adjust it and it’s now very cold. The shower faucet leaks all the time. The water on full hot is lukewarm. Maid didn’t bring fresh towels during our three days, even when she was right outside the door and we asked her nicely. Checkin and checkout were great. Food was below average for an all-inclusive. Entertainment was similar to a high school cheerleader tryout. Swim up bar was great, bartenders were great, especially Jaydayne who was super fast, efficient and friendly. I live here so I’m trying out all the all-inclusives. This one is a 5/10.
